  Overnight Stay

  Had a great stay here. As there are only 10 rooms that are let (All the rest are owner occupied ) there is no reception. However the caretaker Rob is available for any concerns or queries. Really nice room. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Plenty of mugs, plates and cutlery. Has a washing machine and dryer. Gorgeous views over the beach and into town. Undercover carpark is available, you must tick the box to obtain this. Great bedroom with views. Bed very comfortable and plenty of bedding. We had a very enjoyable stay.

  Perfect location, stunning views

  Stayed here 2 nights with my partner and his 2 children for part of our family vacation over school holidays. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, with ensuite in the main and 2 twin beds in the other. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Surfers Paradise and easily accessible from Gold Coast Highway. Was directly on the beach, with stunning sunrise views on the wrap around balcony from our 9th floor apartment. The kids loved hopping from the spa and sauna, straight into the ice cold pool, a fun way to spend the evenings. The decor was a bit dated and minimal and there was mould on the walls in the master bedroom, but being that this was just our base for other activities, we didn't mind. There was no oven and only basic cooking utensils, so take a look before buying groceries. These are holiday bookings, so the cleaning is up to you during your stay. We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend, this is a great budget friendly choice for families!

  Disappointed

  It was expensive the rooms had rubbish in bins, ear cotton buds under bathroom sink , the wardrobe doors are in need of replacement, $15 parking even when you pay near $400 for the night , revolving restraunt evening seafood buffet seafood was old and not fresh boring prawns and oyster little bit of crab claws, had breakfast all the supposed HOT breakfast Buffett was cold, eggs cold ,mushrooms cold , bacon cold , hash browns greasy cold, no offer of coffee from waitress very disappointed never again

  Beautiful Views

  Nicely renovated, pool area great as it i covered, clean, fantastic location, value for money, car park available, The location is perfect as your right on the beautiful beach, 10 minute walk to the busy Cavil Ave and about a 15 minute walk to Broad beach Their is a rooftop terrace great for New Years Eve.

  Mellow

  Pretty nice place waterfront, very mellow at night and busy during the days. Beautiful beach with clean water always. Possible to look dolphins and whales if you are lucky, really recommended worth full.
