  I was hoping for a nice stay...Never coming back here!

  The front desk is too busy texting on their phones at this place. The first issue was their were no towels in the room. That is no big deal right? So I pleasantly ask and the response was I cant do it it all, I will bring some towels as soon as I can. The next issue is I hear is this LOUD DOG BARKING NON STOP. Now, I am not happy after the towel response, so I go to the front desk and let them know and told them its out control and would they please do something or give me a refund and I can stay elsewhere. Why they allow large dogs is beyond me? Is this a kennel? I have Diamond Select status in the Best Western loyalty program and they dont recognize it at this hotel. Too bad this happened I was hoping it would be a nice stay!!

  End of Summer Stay

  We stayed here over Labor Day weekend for a end of summer mini vaca and are glad we did. The staff was super friendly and our room was clean. We found the outdoor heated pool to be a great place to lounge around during the day and soak up the end of summer rays. Amanda is the front desk manager and she answered all of our questions and even recommended eating at the Country Inn which was delicious. We look forward to coming back in the fall.

  Mediocre

  We didnt realize BW had changed their name. Hotel was hard to find. Good location on main thoroughfare. Outlets at work table are non-existent-one has to use the bed and lamp connection instead. No paper, pen, welcome book in room due to pandemic so come prepared. Bag breakfasts available instead of typical spread. We miss the old BW!!

  Fall Weekend getaway

  Stayed here for a weekend in October to enjoy the changing seasons and getaway to the mountains. The weather was beautiful for our trip and the hotel was lovely. We had a room on the first floor and it appeared to have been recently updated looking at the curtains and flooring. Dolores was so pleasant checking us in and answering all of our questions on the town. The room was clean and comfortable and they gave us a prepared breakfast in a bag in the morning with fruit, water and a granola bar. Thank you everyone for making our stay lovely!

  Berkeley Springs stay

  I appreciated the interaction in my phone call with hotel, especially since I was juggling several stay options. I arrived and still had the same service in person. I had a business stay room (room was larger, microwave, frig) that was a few doors away from a side exit door. I was easily loading & unloading my luggage and had digital thermostat in the room. It was simple, comfortable and clean. It was central between the downtown and the Cacapon State Park.
