  WiFi Down For 3 Days

  I've reviewed this hotel a couple of times, and yes, every time is a good review, and that's why we always return. For this trip though, their WiFi was down throughout the 3 days we stayed there, and calling the reception to complain about it leads to some prompt actions, however, result still the same; WiFi down. To be fair to Supreme Hotel though, we love its cleanliness, fast and prompt service, and their attention to details. We have another pleasant stay here and though the WiFi is a bummer, we will still come back. See you again.

  Strategic location. Located in between Melaka Raya and Jonker. There are several cafe/restaurants located nearby. Expect some noise from the streets as it is located by a busy stretch of roads. No Wi-Fi signal during my stay. Hopefully they'll sort that out. The room is very basic but still larger than most hotels in Malacca within this budget. The bathroom is large as well. I feel the cleanliness could be better. TV channels are rather pathetic. Certainly would be an extra plus point if they could provide more channels.

  We Are Back Again

  We've been to Melaka for more than 20 times, and we've stayed in many low-cost hotels here, some in Jonker Street, some in places I can't even remember. In the area around Laksamana district, we've stayed in more than 4 different hotels. The last one is Supreme Hotel, and ever since, we've never changed to any other hotel anymore. For the hotel itself, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, the area is clean, the parking is free, and everything seems neat and tidy. There are lots of eateries around the hotel, all within walking distance, and the food choices are more than you can imagine. If you are adventurous, you can cross the busy streets for more options. So, overall, for the price we pay and the conveniences we had, this hotel is definitely worth coming back again and again

  Good service

  Second time back here. Friendly service attendants. Overall clean environment, although there is some small stains on the wall which is bearable for us. Room is quite spacious too. Parking is not a problem as well as there are plenty of parking lots in front of the hotel. They provide free parking coupons during working hours too.

  Supremely average...

  Booked into this hotel at the very last minute, for 1 night. Got into the hotel. The lobby is really supremely impressive. Went to the check in counter, which is located at the right side of the main entrance of the hotel. There were a group of people in front who were checking in. Have to wait for about 15 minutes before my turn to check in. During check in, the person doing the check in asked whether I have an online booked, which I have. Wanted to give him my online booking number but he just ignored me and continue to look for my booking. Another wait. Then he got his colleague to check, and his colleague got it done in a zippy. Asked for cash deposit and the tax. Gave me the remote controls for the air-conditioning and TV and TV box. Got into the room, which has along corridor. At every opening at the lift, there are air blower. This area do not have air-conditioning, which is very humid and stuffy. Maybe trying to save cost. The room is very basic and very large. Bed is soft but comfortable enough. The internet connection isn't that good and not so straight forward. The remotes to the TV and TV box too is not that straight forward to use. Called and someone came up to operate it. The bathroom is big enough, but no shower curtain. Again, the toilet seat will get wet. The water heater is rather noisy when turn on and the water is turn on for hot water shower. Parking is available outside the hotel, but the drive path is rather narrow as there are diagonal parking on both sides of the road. When vehicles pass by, can hear sounds when inside the room. Soundproofing isn't that good.
