  Spa and pool services need to be reviewed

  This hotel is probably the best place in Kharkiv for spa activities in summer with the outdoor pool, however they really need to think of a way to arrange this for their visitors to be happy and satisfied, especially in summer when the demand is so high. I totally understand that hotel guests (and we were not the ones staying at the hotel) get priority in terms of spa and pool area, but we did reserve the visit to spa along with a spa package as a present for our mom. The administrator called us in the morning to verify the time, we confirmed that we're coming earlier to enjoy he time at the pool before the spa treatment. The "surprise" was when we arrived 2 hours after the call to know that there are no free spots/sun-beds at the pool or spa area for us. The response was that "unfortunately, the demand is high + we need to give priority to our hotel guests". Okay, I get that the demand is high, I get the priority for the hotel guests, I even get the first-come-first-served principle - BUT didn't you know about all that 2 hours earlier when you called us? No one warned us about the fact that we may not have spots, that there's high demand and a lot of hotel guests, not even an advice for us to hurry up and come earlier. We left with the agreement that once there are free spots they would give us a call. 3 or 4 hours later (about 40 mins before the scheduled spa treatment time) they called to inform that there're 2 spots available (and there're 3 of us) and that we were welcome to come. We ended up spending our mom's birthday in the ecopark nearby and decided not to pay a visit to superior spa this time :(

  Excellent resort to relax.

  Excellent place for relaxing on holiday. A bit away from the city with lot of greenery. Very neat and clean rooms with excellent and quick service. Uber service is available to this place and you can get an Uber within minutes and it costs less than 100 UAH to the city center. Breakfast is good and the SPA service is excellent. All amenities like indoor and outdoor temp controlled pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Hamam and lot more. Excellent massages with expert Masseuses. Good outdoor activities like tennis, Golf, Cycling, Long walking tracks and activities for kids both indoor and outdoor. we are a group of friends on holiday and enjoyed the hospitality thoroughly. A special compliment needs to be given to the poolside bar-man (don't remember his name), who makes excellent cocktails and is always smiling.Overall the experience was excellent.

  Very good

  The golf course is outstanding, beautifully groomed and to the best of international standards. The teachers as well as the equipment are excellent and totally devoted to you. The golf shop has good quality golf equipment but sadly not enough sizes of clothes and shoes. No one in the shop speaks english which is shame for a golf club with such high standards. The spa with both inside and outside swimming pools as well as the children swimming pool are excellent. The outside swimming pool will be fantastic if a little bit heated since at this time of the year the temperature at night goes quite cold. The gym room although small has all the equipment need albeit a bit old. It should be renewed to the latest with TV and internet facilities in each machine. The swimming pool restaurant has a very poor menu and not much of a choice. This has to change by just allowing the menu of the main restaurant to be served also in the swimming pool. There is almost no vegetarian or vegan dishes which is a shame in these times were more and more people are vegan and vegetarians. The service in the pool as far as food is concerned is also very poor since only one person speaks english. Her name is Daria and she is excellent in providing a good fast and friendly service. The men changing room is very small and terribly equip. The lockers although of very good quality they are too small and the space almost non existing. This is not acceptable and should be changed. At the reception of the spa there is also one person Annia who speaks english and she does her best to help you however no one else does it and that is a big problem. All in all this resort is very good with excellent choices of treatments equipment and above all a wonderfully golf course. However in order to become a 5 stars hotel to european standards they need to get more english speaking people and have a better choice of food. It will also help to have a comprehensive and fair price list to those families with children below the age of 12 who come for a couple of hours during the week and only use the swimming pool and the restaurant.

  This hotel is the best hotel in Kharkiv. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Staff friendly. They gave me a gift of 1 bottle of wine. I could not come to the hotel 1 night. I came to the hotel after 1 day. They made me a discount. Actually, they might not. SPA clean and nice. This hotel is far from the city center. This is real. If you are not in trouble for the distance, I would recommend this hotel to you. You won't regret it. Ideal for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Probably this hotel is much nicer in spring and summer. I am very happy to stay at this hotel.
