Nice hotelI stayed in Super Hotel six days with reasonable price. The staff is very nice and helpful. there are a lot of good restaurants around Super Hotel. Breakfast is Japanese style. In the lobby you can find a coffee machine, soft drink machine and beer machine. I very enjoy relaxing in the lobby with one can of beer.

Extremely Small Room!Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights recently. The staff are very nice and the hotel is quite clean. The only downside is that the rooms are extremely small. We stayed in a twin room. There was a double bed and a single bunk bed over the double bed. My husband and I could hardly pass by the end of the bed at the same time! There was no space at all to put your suitcases, let alone open them. We had 2 large suitcases. The suitcases stayed on one half of the bed while I slept on the other half. My husband had to sleep on the bunk bed. The bathroom is a unit bath and extremely small. There is quite a step up into the bathroom, so if you have mobility issues, as I do, it may be a problem. Breakfast is included with your room. It's pretty basic and most of the food appeals to the Asian guests. As I don't eat seafood, I was only able to have toast. There are a couple of washers and dryers that you can use (100¥ each). This did come in handy as we were able to do a load. I don't think that I personally would return to this hotel as the room and bathroom are just too tiny, even for Japanese standards.

The Room is very cheap but small.if you want to save money, you can consider this one. the room with cheap price , so that it's very small, the door of bath room like a hole on the wall. There are two bed in a room, the below is queen size, the upper is single. There is no extra place to allow people open the 12" suitcase, so that I clean up my luggage on the bed.

Friendly staff but tiny roomAlthough I read the reviews that the room is small , I was surprised that the room is smaller than what I have expected. If you would like to stay at this hotel , you had better not holding large suitcase. Otherwise , there is nearly no space to put your luggage. Pillows in he room are extremely hard , and not comfortable for sleeping. However, you can choose other types of back up pillow at the lobby. The hotel breakfast is decent and free , which is a plus . Also, the room charge is cheap and the staff are friendly. The hotel is located near the mono-rail. Overall , I would recommend this hotel for people who have limited budget. You get almost everything but space.

Poor service and not freindly to foreign, location is not good engoughI stayed in super hotel osaka once, it impressed me of the good service, friendly staff. But in the superhotl Naha Shintoshin, always no one in the reservation place, have to yawling to find some one to get assists. No one tell you that they offer free shampoo and you can choose pillows in the selfserve place. If I did not stay in super hotel once, I will miss everything that super hotel offer. The most I feel upset is we we paid JPY1,000 per room for the half hour later than 10:00 and when we back to the hotel on 10:10, the room's door were opened without permission, and still will charge us later checkout fee.( No one remind us it when we check-in) I totally understand your Japanese rules, and rules are rules. But people-oriented service hotel won't open clients' room door without permission and still charge money.!!! I am so disappointed with superhotel, and will never stay again. The room are tiny ( 5 sqm or smaller!!) poor service! The location is not good, 15 minutes walking to MUJI, no convenience store nearby No reason to choose such a hotel.
