  very budget hotel

  Super hotel provide budget accommodation. no extra step service, you cannot demand much because you get what you pay for. Room is in standard level and staying for one night is ok for me. I will choose other when I visit Kokura next time.

  Excellent hotel, great location!

  We stayed at the Super Hotel for 2 weeks, visiting family who live nearby. The location cannot be beat - 2 blocks from Kokura station, 2 blocks from Riverwalk/Izutsuya/Kokura Castle (and a block from a really good ¥100 store!). The hotel is immaculate -shout-out to the lovely elderly lady who cleaned our room daily. The rooms are typical for a Japanese business hotel (small), but everything you could want is in there. Very quiet hotel. The staff are awesome, especially the sweet young woman who serves you an (excellent, healthy and free) breakfast. Could not have asked for better, and the price is right.

  Experience what is new

  Located inside shopping street with hot spa. No key when check-in, get a print-out with password to my room, we can simply remember the password. No check-out needed. We can choose pillows. Ladies have 5 free gifts near the counter. Ladies needed use password to the hot spa. The morning food provided are health.

  Great base for Kitakyushu

  Super Hotel Kokuraeki Minamiguchi was a great base for this trip being just a five minute walk from Kokura Station. The entrance can be accessed from the covered shopping area that starts from the station. The exterior didnt look like much but the room was more spacious than the typical Japanese business hotel chain. Breakfast dining area was small so you have to decide on the half-hour time slot to eat the night before. As the breakfast was pretty basic, I opted to eat elsewhere after my second night. The staff were professional and friendly. Wifi was good throughout all areas of the hotel.

  Hotel with Superb C/P

  We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Kokura is a excellent location to stay if you plan to visit Yamaguchi, Kawachi-fujien etc. The hotel is located in a shopping street with loads of restaurant and drug/cosmetics store. There is a super market and department stores nearby (about 100m from the hotel). The room size is small, same as most Japanese budget hotel. The bed size is 150 cm for single or double room. The hotel only has 1 public bath (with different allot time for women and men), so it may be crowded. The hotel provide free breakfast and they change menu everyday during our 3 night stay! We love this hotel as it is very cost-effective and the service and location are really good. Note that the parking space is approximately 300 m away from the hotel.
