  DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU EXPECT HUMAN STAFF THERE!!!

  I didn't have problem with the room, but the front office guy is a jerk. I should have read the reviews first but other Super 8 or Wyndham hotels I've been to were fine so I thought this one was ok. Boy o boy how wrong I was. Not only he's rude, mean and demeaning, he threatened me 'If you have guest I'm gonna kick you out!' and 'I expect the room to be decent when you check out or I charge you $200!' Being Wyndham member that I am, this is not the first one I stay and he harassed me calling my room to say that. I already put my complaint to Wyndham corporate, I didn't party, I was only there to rest, paid the hotel during pandemic when hotels and motels are begging for guests to come, I didn't make a big deal with no breakfast policy... still this ungrateful (hopefully) human harassed me. I'm gonna record the room condition when I check out tomorrow all the way until I leave the building Incase he trash the room himself and blame it on me, I suggest you do the same if you plan to stay here. No way I'm gonna come back or recommend this place to others. Super 8 needs to break off their franchise with this place. It gives them a bad name.

  Dont stay here, literally go anywhere else.

  Horrible front desk attendant!! So rude! Came from meeting with family to go rest and got interviewed by the night guy ( super aggressive btw) insinuating we didnt have a room even though we showed the Door key then asked for our IDs (I was extremely tired and had no ability to argue) after 5 minutes waiting outside he finally let us in then proceeded to yell at us accusing us that we were smoking in our room when the hallway smelled like marijuana and said hell will charge us extra if he finds out we smoked in the room.. All we did there was rest. Very bad energy here. The guy needs to quit this job for either his sanity or this business.

  Rude people

  I had to cancel my stay the same day i booked so I called the front desk to give them the heads up. I knew that I wasnt getting my money back but I just wanted to call and say that I was not showing up. The guy who answered the phone wasnt polite at all and he hang up on me without giving me any information to cancel my reservation. Im not complaining about the 24 hour policy but they have no excuse to treat people like that.

  horror de hotel

  no me quede en el hotel muy viejo y las habitaciones sucias y el elevador pareceia que no servia, muy sucio, fatal el lugar preferi salirme y pagar otro hotel y quedarme en un holliday inn por que estaba muy feo

  Extremely Rude late night worker

  I checked in late last night around 11:15pm. After I was fully checked in and had my key card. We have a service dog and showed him our dogs license (By law I don't have to show) The front desk attendant insisted on seeing my BF I.D.(Again, don't have to show) To try to just get things to go smooth he showed it. The worker took it and when asked for it back he refused. My BF asked several times. He then said he wanted the key card back and he's giving me a refund. I gave the key back and He still withheld the I.D. asked why does he still have it and he said "I need to make a copy of it" There's no reason for him to make a copy when he didn't even do it for mine when I checked in. All he did was write a letter saying it was canceled by my request. So now I have to wait till whenever the return post. If it does post. FYI we will be contacting higher up the chain and possibly take legal action
