  not happy

  so here's the deal. Checked in we were given a different room. fridge did not work. When I was told the room was on second floor, asked if there was an elevator because my wife is handy capped. Was told I looked strong and I could carry her up. homeless people were sleeping in the doorways Day and night. Oh did I mention the water was turned off for a while while we were there. I would never recommend this Motel to anyone.

  Passing through

  Pro: large room spacious and cheap. Cons: cheap and horrible. This motel reminds me of a rundown homeless shelter. Very out dated and dirty. Sheets dingy white with cigarette holes. Cat hair or maybe people hair stuck on base of bed. I woke up in a sweating because the air doesn't work to cool of room. I have setting on lowest temperature and after 6 hours we are still burning up. My teenagers have stripped down to their underwear because too hot in their night shorts. I called the front desk and informed them that my boys do not lay around in their underwear out of respect, but mom had to make this exception because we are hot . The desk clerk told me that we have one of the coolest rooms. We are eating ice and drinking bottled water trying to stay cool. I should have known when I pulled up from the run down cars on the parking lot and a few grungy looking guest in the dated lobby that this particular Super8 was a bad choice. I have stayed in a few of these chain motel in other cities but never been so uncomfortable like this. I told the boys not to walk on the floors without shoes on their feet in this place. Do not sit in the chair or lay their clothes on it because not clean. 2am in the morning baby roaches in the bathroom. I've been so tempted to lose out on my few dollars spent to stay here and check us into a more decent hotel. Praise God that we are here for one night and checkout very early. I only advise folks who are close to being HOMELESS to stay here because this would be better than sleeping out on the dirty streets in a bad neighborhood.

  Worse hotel I have ever stayed at..

  Terribly regret staying there. I will never stay there ever again. That was a mistake. Nothing worked. I would not recommend this place to anybody . I wish I could have my money back. I was really angry!!

  Horrible do not stay here

  Room was filthy, leak in ceiling caused entire carpet to be wet, bullet hole in chair next to bed, poop from dogs remain soiled on carpet, hallways and carpet filled with food and trash in exterior halls, dog poop lies in exterior hallways do not stay here they have bedbugs

  Les Miserables in Wheat Ridge

  The hotel is next to a highway overpass so there are people constantly lingering around the property and the entrances and parking lot area. Our AC/heater unit fell apart in the room so we had to hold it together with tape. The room has all the basics but I don't even think it's worth the cheap price given the inability to keep it clean during a pandemic. Mask usage in the hallways was 50/50 and the whole place smelled like a Vegas casino.
