  False advertising

  I've never written a bad review for a hotel until now. This is the worst I've experienced. The location turned out to be more on the level of a trashy truck stop so I quickly entered the motel. There were boxes stacked in the lobby that I assumed were for a renovation. I made the mistake of getting the room key and hoping the rooms were remodeled. Semen on the dust ruffles and torn up furniture were obvious as soon as we stepped foot in the room. At that point, I lost my optimism. We let the front desk know we couldn't stay there. The assumed owners (they live below the reception area and you have to use a phone to call them up) argued that it was clean.He refused a refund on the basis that we had checked in and taken the key to the room. Even the smell in the room made it obvious it hadn't been vacant for more than an hour. Wyndham should condemn it and start over. We later found the locals call the area Hooker Alley. They are not talking about fly fishing.

  No cleaning standards, even during COVID

  I'd give -1 if that were an option. When I got into room there was a lot of pubic hair in toilet. I asked for another room. The lady at front desk came in and flushed toilet and asked if there were any other problems. I said I wanted different room, because someone missed getting rid of all that hair who's knows what else hasn't been properly cleaned. She then wiped off the sink with a rag (just a rag, no disinfectant). She wiped off sink, then toilet seat, then floor. So, whatever was on sink was now on the toilet seat, then coated onto floor. I said I wanted another room. She said none were left and I had 20 minutes to decide if I was staying. Unacceptable!! This hotel has no standards when it comes to COVID. She acted like I was the weird one for being concerned about a clean room and wanting another one. I checked Super 8's policy on COVID cleaning standards. I was suppose to get wipes and travel size hand sanitizer. There was none of that, nor a clean room. I told front desk I'd go to another hotel and wanted my money back. Then, a room suddenly became available. I looked at room before I agreed to stay. It looked ok. Once, I moved my stuff in I started looking around. Disgusting! Dust on everything! Lamp bases, lamp shades, alarm clock, coffee tray. The coffee tray had drip marks all over it and coated in dust. How hard is it to dust the basic things people touch like the on/off switch on lamp? Yellow around toilet base and more hair. Stains on the walls. By time I noticed all this, 20 minutes, had gone by and I assumed I wouldn't be able to get my money back, if that's even a real rule. Based, on what I'd seen and what others posted, this place does below the bare minimum of cleaning and then acts like it's your fault for wanting a clean room.

  Amazing stay

  I wanted to say the last 3 days of staying at your beautiful hotel was the most relaxing and amazing days Ive had all year!!! The room was emaculate and the employees were so extremely welcoming, nice, accommodating and helpful. They always greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed thanks Super8

  i would have rather fell asleep and veered off the side of the freeway

  Awful. 1 star is an insult to the concept of 1 star. Dirty, filthy, nasty, disgusting. should have left when the headlights from my car hit windows with a filth film as I pulled up.....but couldn't drive any further... Slept 5 hours uncomfortably in a pet room, between two barking dogs. the washcloths turned grey when wet. I got up at 4 am to leave as soon as possible. later see i was charged 150 dollar pet fee while staying in a smoking/pet room wyndham won't step in and make it right....after speding well over 1500 with them this month (long road trips) they have no problem with this hellhole representing their brand I paid 230 bucks for the absolute worst room I've ever been in, let alone slept in....and I used to work at an airport hotel. next time, i'll just fall asleep on the road.

  Served it's purpose

  Hotel was a little run down and outdated but I just needed a hotel for a quick stop for the night and it was just fine. Location was easy to get to and back from the interstate and there was plenty of parking.
