  Early Christmas Trip with my Son

  Son and I stayed here prior to our arrival to one of the resorts! Really enjoyed the stay here, since it was close to everything in Biloxi. Check in was quick, lady at the front desk was very friendly.

  HIGHLT DISSATISFIED

  HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. Hard to find location. Shifty, seedy hotel. RUDE. unhelpful service staff. Did not feel safe. Parking lot not well lit. No elevator. No baggage cart. Not much tv channel selection. Not much breakfast selection. Room was clean. Do NOT recommend AT ALL

  Renovations needed

  The room was nice but in need of renovation. New paint job and updating needed. The location is hard to find and one can easily pass by it. Close to casino with great food. Needs to come up a little for Wyndam standards.

  Worst room Ive ever seen. Staff is clearly not trained in customer satisfaction nor customer relations of any kind.

  Ive left pictures of the room. When checking in the lady was on a personal call for the whole time of checking me in. When I came back to the front to say room was unfit the other lady did not ask any questions as to why and as a matter of fact had an attitude and was very rude . I was then told it would be 5-7 days for refund. Do not waste your time.

  You've been warned.

  So much to say. I get that things change with COVID but I don't expect to walk up to a dark, dingy corner "ticket booth" to get my key. I also expect more information on site about operational changes as the chain's website is not that detailed. Now to the issues, the smell of cigarette smoke is overpowering on the stairway. I can only imagine, in Super 8's ultimate wisdom, that's where they chose to locate smoking rooms. The bed has a sheet and the thin, colorful piece of fabric common to this level of hotel that does nothing to provide actual warmth. While there was no comforter or blanket, I can confirm that the AC works. The reservation was for three but there were no linens for the sofa bed and only two towels. They don't clean the room for "stay overs" which I assume is the equivalent of "non residents". I actually preferred it this way but still didn't leave anything of value in the room. The worst (maybe) was the blow dryer. The plug was broken, the dryer had a chunk missing exposing the coils, and the piece over the filter that protects your hair from getting sucked into the dryer was missing (see pics). Some hair was caught and singed despite my being careful. We reported this and were told it would be fixed AFTER we checked out. I'm betting room 209 still has a broken hair dryer just as it was AFTER the person before us checked out. There is also completely insufficient parking leaving people to park along the curb in hopes that no one backs into them as it is a pretty tight lot. Oh and if you see the woman in the parking lot "changing her grandbaby's diaper" while smoking a cigarette....just think of where you are and smile politely in return. She was friendly enough.
