  Don't stay at this place

  I travel a lot for work and i have to sayThis place is the worst i have ever seen or stayed; this hotel don't have a damn elevator. We need ice and this hotel only have 1 ice machine which is unheard of and its at the every end of the hallway. They allow a lot young guys into the hotel and you can smell the extremely heavy smell of marijuana.

  super 8 needs attention

  staff was great, rooms dirty, property dirty, breakfast food cold with only coffee and water as beverage selection, no covers on electrical outlets, room outdated., have been a wyndham customer for years was very disappointed with this property. The worst wyndham property I have stayed.

  Misleading and dishonest people!

  I was trying to book a room through Priceline as I was standing in the lobby of the hotel because this was the only hotel left in the area with vacancies and they were price gauging without an online reservation. A tornado had just come through the area and residents without power were needing to stay in hotels. When I went to check in I had accidentally booked my room for the next night. I immediately called PL asking to change the date. As I was waiting for PL to answer I started asking questions and realized we couldn't stay at that hotel because they did not have an elevator and only had rooms available upstairs. It stated in the PL ad that this hotel was handicap accessible, however, the hotel had no rooms available for anyone in a wheelchair. After waiting about 20 min I was talking to a PL rep and was told this reservation would be refunded. When I returned home It had not been refunded. I disputed it with my bank and just received a letter saying my dispute was denied. I didn't even stay at this hotel! Neither PL nor this hotel is willing to refund the room charge.

  Bedbugs

  Bedbugs! Staff did not seem surprised. Moved us to another room, then placed someone else in the same room later that night. Not a good experience. I expected better from a Wyndham hotel. The grab and go breakfast also left much to be desired.

  Overnighter

  Checked in late after a long day of travel. Several lights did not work in room and smelled musty, and the click did not work, but we were tired and went to bed. Next morning found the shower was filthy and the water drained very slow. Ruined a new pair of socks just walking on the floor-turned the bottoms black. Coffee and supplies in room, but no coffee maker. Best of all, the toilet was not bolted down, so it was like being on a carnival ride. When the management was informed of all these problems, nothing was written down, and a simple Sorry about that was all that was offered. Oh wait, they did offer us a healthy and balanced breakfast bag, which consisted of a water bottle and a smashed $0.25 danish. Also offered juice, but the orange juice came out a light shade of brown. No thank you. This place is gross, and the Mgmt is fine with that. Do NOT stay here!!
