  My stay at Super 8 has been great. The rooms are clean and well equipped. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager Hazem is a credit to Super 8. He always helps with any matters. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at the Super 8

  Very special hotel for lots of reasons

  The Super 8 is a very nice hotel. The staff could not be more helpful, it`s very clean in an excellent location with great facilities. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They recommend things and will always have time to be of assistance. A great base for a stay in Riyadh. I cannot be more satisfied. From the Manager to the reception to the cooking. Great omelette cooked to order by the chef. Would not hesitate to recommend this special place in Riyadh to stay. Thank you. David George

  My worst accommodation experience ever!

  They were supposed to send me a pick up from Prince Khaled Airport, when I arrived there was nothing! Had to call a friend whom asked me to take London Cab and get the hotel to pay the taxi and add it to my bill. Taxi driver refused to move before getting full fare in advance! Thank God I changed at the airport! 4 London cab drivers had no clue where the hotel is, finally resorted to one who has a GPS to take me to the hotel. Super 8 hotel location is in a deserted area with no access to taxi, pharmacy or even a grocery. Hotel had no reservation for me. The hotel manager I was told to ask for as not present and didnt answer his phone, later he called me apologizing that he had an accident! Reception informed me that they have no breakfast for me, as staff were off the next day! Later after raising the issue with SAR, they said I can go to the hotel restaurant and have a breakfast, then the morning after they said they will send it to my room. Breakfast was poor quality, with hair in the food! No room service. I was told to order take away! Key cards fail instantly; one a two cards I got at reception failed to open 2 minutes after being given to me by reception, same for next day! Rooms are basic, poor standard, yet very clean. One reception staff was poorly dressed in a crumbled dirtly jilbab and was rather rude to me on the second day making me leave. I simply asked for two key cards as usual, and as I did upon arrival, and he refused saying that I either get one card for the whole duration, or two cards for a day only and I have to visit the reception every day to recharge them! Funny enough, while I was waiting the be checked-in the first day, a guest was checked in before me returned saying that he was checked-in into an occupied room that has other guests bags and belongings in it! Finally, despite that the rooms are clean and basic, however, finding myself amid all this chaos and nothingness, I moved to Boudl Hotel, which is aesthetically better, yet has issues I'll discuss in another review. Bottom line, do not use this hotel! An hour commute from down town Riyadh is 100% better than this non-hotel.

  Average Hotel

  First of all this hotel is located in a isolated place. behind several streets. The area surrounding it is just upcoming. So don't expect any shops around it. This hotel is about 26 kilometres away from the Riyadh Airport. You can find better hotels near to it. Anyways rooms were clean. I stayed only for 1 night and overall the customer interaction was very bad. Even though i paid a good amount Breakfast was not included. Wifi was free and good speed.

  Massive rooms

  Probably more suitable for 4 people as there was 2 bedrooms in my room and a huge living room and kitchen area. Very convenient to you the airport. Just 25 minutes of or so. The rooms themselves were really nice and pretty modern and the beds comfortable. Decent hotel
