  Crap humans work here

  The people who work here are just so unhelpful and rude. At check-in the front desk guy looked like he was cracked-out and he tried to tell me it was more than the price I had already booked and paid for online. I showed him my CONFIRMATION # that showed the price I already paid online. He said there was nothing he could do. The price is what it is. I called the 1-800# on the website and they fixed it and said the front desk couldve fixed it as well. When I told him that he said whatever man. So I got my correct price. In the morning, the rude manager at the front desk wouldnt give me a towel. I told him I didnt have one in the room. He just said, sorry sir, nothing I can do. I asked multiple more times nicely. Wouldnt help me. What a terrible experience

  A very Hairy Situation

  This motel 6 was once an updated facility. But you can now tell its been ran into the ground. As entering the room the bed had looked as if it was just slept in. There was hair all over the sink counter toilet and shower. Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else.

  Motel Hell

  My family and I travel a lot. We've stayed in all kinds of different hotels and motels and condos. This place was without a doubt the most horrific place we've ever seen. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed sleep and had already paid for the room we'd have kept on going. Now I know what you're thinking. I'm being overly critical because I'm use to more expensive hotels but trust me when I say that this is beyond horrible. I didn't expect much in the first place. You usually get what you pay for but this was way beyond that. Let's start with lack of customer service. Then when we went in the room and turned on the lights you could see the bugs scattered. Sheets appeared to be clean but the top blanket was stained and had burn holes in it. Now for the really bad part. The bathroom was beyond gross. Blood on the floor. What appeared to be mud or feces smeared on the walls and the door. Small shower with no shower curtain so it made a mess. Oh and to top it off, the spots where the TV and smoke detector are supposed to be had electrical wires hanging out. I was so happy to get the heck out of Motel Hell.

  Awful

  DONT STAY HERE! If they have the last room in town, sleep in your car. Dirty dirty dirty. Sheets, bathroom, towels. 1 pillow per bed, and no extras, the toilet had gunk on it, the sink was full of crap, and the exhaust fan was a spider infested hole in the wall. The employee looks like 10 miles of meth addict, as do some of the permanent residents.

  Poor quality budget motel in Joplin, Missouri

  The motel has free parking. When I arrived to check in with my Motel 6 reservation, I was told they were not a Motel 6 (they had a Motel 6 sign out front and in the lobby) and my reservation would not be honored. "Fortunately" they had rooms available, so I did get a room. The rooms (which have free wi-fi) have outside entries. When I entered the room and flipped the switch near the door, nothing happened. There was no telephone in the room and the television did not work. The room was dirty. The fan in the bathroom was exposed. I did manage to get a good night's sleep and my check out was without difficulty.
