  Don't stay here

  Every time we travel, we always booked for a motel because it is cheaper and some more you have microwave to reheat your food. I'm so disappointed in staying this hotel, the floor is dirty, the renovation was not completed and there is undesirable smell. There's no privacy in my room , the window blind is broken. Hope the management will do renovation, before allowing the people to stay.

  Friendly reception couple. nice spacious room. only reason i give 4 star is because there were some strands of hair on the floor of the bathroom, maybe the cleaner forgot to swipe the floor. the room is very quiet and there are 2 beds, so you can either sleep alone or sleep with your partner. bed is very comfy too. i had the best sleep there. the view from the room is also amazing over looking the palm trees. i would stay here again

  You get what you pay for!

  The location is excellent and the owner is friendly. The motel itself is pretty run down. It seems a little out of place in the neighbourhood. The room is a bit grubby, the furniture and facilities are a bit dated. It could do with a bit of a renovation or redecoration. Having said all that, I would stay there again, but you get what you pay for!

  Nice hotel and convenient to city services

  We had an ocean view with the Convention Center in the foreground. The Padres Ballpark is just across the street but were playing out of town. The convenience to restaurants in the area was appreciated. Nothing to complain about nor was there anything to find outstanding except for the view we paid for. The on-off bus stops at the hotel which was very convenient.

  We were scamed in this place !

  We were coming back from dental surgery in Rosarito Mexico, and we needed a last night of hotel in San Diego, I diligently booked this hotel and they send me a resrvation number, to our great disappointment the hotel was closed and gated on the February 15th when we got there and no one had the decency to let us know no one call us, email us or text us I had to book and overpriced night 3 times the normal price because it was the week end of February 14th and president day, we also paid 85 for uber for a last night in San Diego we paid what we paid for a week in 5 star resort in Mexico. Please avoid this place, they are probaby no longer on business and I understand why. It was challenging night with my recovering husband in pain and my 2 children in the back of an UBER with no place to go, finally I booked a night through an app on my phone but there was nothing and the UBER took us there in Chulavista but very expensive, this place was supposed to be $65 per night and I paid $225 at the Hampton East Lake in Chula Vista plus the $85 of the UBER !
