  Hotel con servicio Cordial y una buena ubicación.

  Es un hotel cordial. La atención del personal es esmerada. Aun cuando, el restaurante de desayuno no tiene fruta, se pasa por alto. La comodidad de la habitación es única. Habitaciones modernas, con tecnología en todos los sentidos, desde los interruptores, hasta el baño.

  Muy buen hotel con excelente ubicación. Excelente habitación con todas las comodidades. Muy buen desayuno. Con servicio de vallet parking. Excelente atención del personal que en todo momento están dispuestos a ayudar. Para recomendar.

  Best Location with Excellent Service

  An excellently located hotel to CBD in Kaohsiung. Excellent hotel's staff with great attitude and helpful excellent customer service and very comfortable hotel especially room's bed. Sleeper very well really two-thumbs up Highly recommend !!

  Great Price With Good Location

  Location with several malls around the hotel and have a night maket near by,around 7 minute from walk.Lobby is okay nothing normal. Reception are nice and firendly, they also perpare my meal box for me, when i was early flights,and reception provide alot of recommendation for travel around in the city,if you need any information they are the best choice. beds are soft and accpetable.Air condition is really strong.Breakfast are buffet accpetable,but still could add more choice for the custom. I think it will be great choice to stay at Kaohsiung with this prices. by the way they have laundromat and gym for free at 17th floor.   Hotel quality is very awful!

  , ... , , . , ???, 3hrs ? , , .... . , . , . , . SOP, , , . , , , . June 11(Thu) check in; June 12(Fri) check out check in AGODA additional request mentions HIGH FLOOR ROOM PLEASE! Check in , .12, 20, check in AGODA , , . My stay in Hotel Sunshine was extremely bad. The housekeeping was very awful as there was body hairs under bed sheets(The room we reserved is twin bed) and pillow. Was tired and expecting a good dream after showering but unbelievably found body hairs instead when I lift the quilt, made a call to reception and the night shift responded GENERALLY WE CHANGE IT EVERY TIME. Wondered if you wont change the sheets if youre dealing with THREE HOURS REST ORDERS. Asked the guy if theyve got similar feedback, he said YES BUT NOT OFTEN. The guy just responded they should have changed the sheets and finished the conversation. Its around 1am and we were tired enough to move to other hotel. The pillow cover is also very bad(Refer to the photos). We booked the room through AGODA and made additional request HIGH FLOOR ROOM IF POSSIBLE. They arranged us a room at 4th floor when we checked in in the counter, wondered if we could get another room instead of 4th floor, they changed it into 7th floor. FYI, the main building in Hotel Sunshine is 12 floors, there is another building around 20 floors just next to it. Generally speaking, we didnt feel well from the quality and performance they responded, would never consider and suggest this hotel again when we visit Kaohsiung next time. Very bad experience in Hotel Sunshine, its unqualified.
