  Nice stay

  I stayed here for a week from 23-30 Jan 18 with my friends. It was a great place actually, there are 3 bedroom, and quite spacious of living room, theres also dining room and kitchen. The staff is cleaning our room every morning, and gave us water too. Its not too pricey for us, with everything that we got. Staffs are helpful and friendly!

  Noise, noise, nouse!!

  Hotel is a really great location, rooms have a kitchen, and the staff are really helpful and the price is good. The downside is the noise. The balcony doors don't lock or shut properly so the noise from the street is just overwhelming. Further to that there is young people that hang outside one of the shops in the street and laugh and yk until 4am every night. If you're a light sleeper like me, forget about it.

  Old, Lack of maintenance and too much noise

  Don't trust the pictures , we were shocked with the condition of the hotel because the pictures shown online is a way too far from the reality. It was dirty, noisy and the location is 30 mins walk to legian beach.

  Disgusting and Embarrassing

  I booked the "Penthouse" for my inlaws who were coming after a long journey. Before arrival my wife and I booked in and gave the place a once over, what I found shocked me. The pictures shown on the hotel website are nowhere near the reality (see my pics). The place is filthy and disgusting, not cleaned, broken and ripped furniture, filthy beds, bathrooms were aweful amd the pool area a complete danger to kids. This place is so bad that within 10 minutes I had already decided to book the inlaws into another better place. Do not go to this shack, it's run down inside badly and the fact they post unrealistic pictures is a crime. I may have ended up losing money but its better than my dignity in having family live here. They also had the audacity to ask me to check out before end date once they new we weren't staying there no doubt so they could rent it out! I am so offended by how much of a lie this hotel is that I will be contacting Booking.com and TripAdvisor directly for them to take action. Do not waste your money or risk your health on this property. I assure you the pictures are real and this is the Penthouse!!

  MOST UNPLEASANT STAY

  I stayed at Sunset Condotel Residence for over 6 months. There is a prostitution business operating near the laundry outside, they arrive around 10.30pm of an evening and leave around 5.30am the next morning, before the laundry management arrive. If you want to get a good nights sleep, forget about it, the noise is unbelievable, great location, convenient to everything, staff are nice, but in my opinion the management needs to be changed and the area needs to be cleaned up if they expect quality guests. The building is in bad need of maintenance, inside and outside. There was also broken glass, beer bottle in the pool, lucky no body cut themselves. Also rats and vermin running around, not only outside the building. The staff are friendly, but most likely on low salary, so they are not motivated to do anything additional. The Management needs replacing in my opinion. I even called the Tourist Police from Kuta, not interested to deal with the prostitute problems and noise. The police informed me that the manager said there was no problem, what a lie and a joke. Further, I spoke to the local banjar and they were also useless. Glad to see the back of the place. After coming to Bali for over 40 years, I would have to say, the worst place I have ever stayed and couldn't recommend it.
