  Nice stay.

  I liked the room, even with their minor inconvenience. AC was leaking at one point, no hot water for a few days, and water from shower would flood the whole bathroom. However, in general, the room was clean and had a decent sized balcony. Breakfast was acceptable, you could order eggs from the kitchen if you want. Swimming pool was sufficient for a quick swim. One of my favorite part was getting a welcome drink during check in! We had some mixed juice, but it was good. If you're looking for everything within walking distance, this is not the hotel for you. It's about 15 minutes to Kuta Beach by car. Parking is a hit or miss, though. If it's crowded then you may or may not get a spot. We got one every time, phew! Anyway, it wasn't perfection but we enjoyed our stay!

  POOR SAFETY AND SECURITY

  The hotel service was really poor. The Air conditioner was broken. I felt like summer in my room. The water in the shower and toilet weren't coming out. It happened not only in my room, but also my friends' rooms. The security and safety were extremely bad. My friends lost 4 handphones and 1 DSLR camera in the room while they were sleeping. They didn't have CCTV installed in the building and the managers were irresponsible regarding the lost items of my friends. I wrote the review so it won't happen to other guests who plan to stay here. I definitely won't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Never!

  OK for it's price range

  I would say it is ok for the price. The hotel is a little old and needs a little TLC and some money spent on maintenance and upgrades. I was on the third floor facing the main street and the traffic noise was annoying. the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was adequate with a reasonable choice. Also they really should supply hand towels and face washers in the bathrooms and the pillows and towels are getting passed there use by date.!

  Sooo visit

  Very amazing place , friendly staff specially mr.krisna he was very Helpful and friendly and nice and big thanks for him , as Well the hotel is very near to kutaa beach & all the restaurant and night clubs .

  Really good staff and caring look after everything u need and putri spa therapist relaxing and in front office krisna he really helpfull they make us cook in their kitchen aswell we really happy to stay there really recommend very cheap price aswell
