  Amazing stay in beautiful Sunsea Resort

  I had a lovely stay at Sunsea resort in December 2019. We rented a villa with ocean view and it was super nice, clean and felt luxurious. The staff was great and helped us directly if there were any questions, and we appreciated that the pool area was private for the hotel guests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want a relaxing vacation :)

  Fantastic

  Neither of us are fans of the large chain hotels. So Sunsea seemed to fit the bill. How wrong we were. It didnt fit the bill it was the real thing. Small, intimate quietly and understatedly luxurious and cosy at the same time. The staff were all lovely, patient and attentive. The grounds impeccable We had an ocean view cottage with a big jacuzzi in its own private courtyard. What a treat. Breakfast each day was spectacular. The restaurant and bar I have reviewed separately served some of the nicest food we have had in Vietnam. Would we return? We are more sorry to leave this place than can be described. So yes. In a heartbeat. We will return in numbers next time :).

  A mesmerizing experience

  We had a wonderful (yet too short) stay at Sunsea Resort. The bungalow was amazing! Very clean and nicely organized. The staff made our experience even better from the care, passion and service they provided us. Their attention to detail was pretty impressive and I would like to particularly thank Miss Trcu from Reception (I hope your leg feels better) and Miss Truc from the restaurant. We miss you both dearly and cant wait to come back!

  I rarely write bad reviews as I understand things can go wrong sometimes. But this poorly-managed property really pissed me off and I have to make an exception. I had a reservation for one night on August 5. Since last week, Ive been emailing back and forth with the customer-service people of Sunsea resort about my booking cancellation due to the Covid 19 pandemic. However, they refused to issue the refund and I was told the only option is to postpone our stay with additional charges. The ridiculous reason given was that Phan Thiet is safer than Ho Chi Minh city! I called and asked to speak to the General Manager but they said he cannnot speak English??!!! While every other major hotel announced newly flexible cancellation terms, even for " non- refundable" , Sunsea try to charge me for additional fee that I dont want to pay. I can't think of any single reason to stay at this property until they offer me a satisfied arrangement.

  Outstanding in every way

  This place offers understated elegance, unobtrusive privacy, world-class rooms, and - without a doubt - Mui Ne's consistently best food. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when visiting the area.
