  Some plus some minus

  Was here for workshop, conference room is huge but has wooden foldable partitions, meaning you will hear a group using the next partition if events are concurrent. Rooms are basic, with the option of apartments offering larger common area and better bedrooms. There is a shopping complex a few min. walk away, and easy access to other parts of Mombasa. The food supervisor (Peter) is amazing and Patricia, Jacky and others were helpful and offered excellent service at reception and restaurant. Pool space is limited, with only a handful of poolside lounge chairs compared to the resort room capacity, and no lifeguard at poolside though it has two sections, one deep section (6.1ft) and the other a shallow side with a barrier in the middle. In sum, I would probably not end up here intentionally for conferencing, but if I needed a one-nighter I would not complain.

  loved it ... generator alway on ... close to the beach and shops. best staff ever. there were a few power cuts but the generator snapped on right away. the staff helped book trips and excursions. i loved it here

  Good but lots of room for improvement

  The good: Staff were friendly and had good customer service skills, the rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was clean and well maintained, the food and drinks were fairly priced. The not as good: My room had a smell of dampness had to change on day 2 to a different room and even then there was still a lingering smell in the new one, my TV was not clear at all, the remote definitely needed batteries, the pillows and beddings were old they definitely need to be replaced with new more comfortable pillows etc

  Nice place

  Really nice resort. There apartment complex are perfect for a family and the beach is a 10 min walk. The staff were amazing. The hotel is in close to everything, Nyali centre is a 5 min walk and even Haller park 10 min walk and the citymall.

  WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

  I loved everything about this place. The place is clean especially the washrooms they are spotless. The staff are friendly and prompt. The food was good too, loved the roasted potatoes. The snacks were also assorted and healthy. I will definitely be back for a spa experience and I do recommend this place for a family Sunday day out or a relaxed evening by the pool.
