  Warning!!!! Do NOT reccommend!

  They withdrew from credit card without my permission!!! How did they reach my card number? From my previous reservation in booking. Totally rude, not ethical, impolite. On phone and emails, totally discriminating. Please be careful!!!

  The worst hotel ever

  The worst guest relationship ever! Responsible woman who is the owner I guess, was very bad at managing a hotel and communicating with people. We booked a triple room however our room was double room with extra bed and it was super narrow and uncomfortable. She insisted on that this is a triple room:) until the last minute she acted like we are in a prison with too many restrictions. I even dont want to mention about shower curtain - dirty and nonhygienic. the only thing was the hotel view - and rest was trash.

  The secret at the end of the road

  Sunrise Beach Hotel is the little gem at the end of a dead-end road. We discovered it by coincidence when we had to make last-minute changes to our vacation summer of 2018. This summer, we went back and brought extended family with us for one of three weeks stay. Make no mistake, Sunrise Beach Hotel is nothing fancy, it simple, but it's clean, it's safe, and its the best location. The rooms, whom all come with magnificent sea view, are 25 square meters, no more no less. Its works fine for two, it's crowded if you need a spare bed put in. that's just the way a concrete building works. If you are planning to stay in the hotels at nights and bring and bring children, you may wanna find another location. But if you want to have a quiet location, but still close to the vibrant bars and restaurants of Kokkari this really is the best place to be. Breakfast is freshly made from vegetables from the garden. Just outside the hotel, there is the best-organised beach in Kokkari, and 100 meters away from the hotel the beautiful little Italian restaurant Basilico serves dishes Pasta dishes. I notice some people are complaining about the access road to the hotel. We struggled to at first attempt. But this is old narrow streets of a greek village surrounded by concrete buildings, so there is nothing much to do about it. I sleep 60-100 night in hotels every year, fancy business hotels, and not so fancy local ones. Because of its owners, the location and the surrounding beach bar and the Italian restaurant we have everything we need to make our vacation what we came for; sun, swimming, food, vine and peace of mind at Sunrise Beach Hotel. We will be back in 2020 too.

  old but nice

  We liked this hotel because of the view, very professional receptionist and tasty breakfast. Fresh orange juice with the great view is the best start of the day. Beach is just couple of steps away and it is not overcrowded and clean.

  This year we came again to Sunrise Beach. In Zürich at the Airport there was a long line so we were happy not to miss the plane. In Samos almost every second person was tested. They do it not through the nose so it isnt not that dreadful. In the Hotel only two floors are opened and they cant give you a beach towel anymore. Manager Luzia is very attentive to the needs of guests. Breakfast is still very tasty, beach isnt overcrowded and calma Bar on the beach is very relaxing. So if you want to have a safe healthy vacation and enjoy very clean sea with few people, but dont expect any sort of luxury, Samos is welcoming you. PS( I think Health is the biggest luxury).
