  Resort para descansar

  El personal es muy amable, el check in y el check out fueron rapidos y eficientes, la pileta muy bien climatizada. El resort provee sillas de playa, toallas, sombrilla, y bicicletas para pasear por la isla

  Not a 'Resort'

  This is the first RCI resort we have been to that has not lived up to expectations To call it a resort is a bit of a stretch; it's a small old condo building on the bay with dated furniture that reeks of stale cigarette smoke the minute you walk in the door (including the mattress.) However, it you have a boat or would enjoy fishing on the pier on property and aren't concerned about your unit, you might enjoy it. There were a few older folks from FL who say they come every year... but they come or the fishing.

  Great Marco River Resort

  We've been coming to Sunrise Bay for almost ten years, and every time we pull into the parking lot, it feels like "coming home!" The staff (Linda, Paula and Douglas) are all friendly and accommodating. The condo units are clean and always being updated. We learned on this last visit that each unit is getting a complete makeover. We had the privilege to tour the model unit, (#203), and we can hardly wait to return next year when every unit will have been refreshed.

  Sunrise Bay Resort Marco Island

  The resort is perfectly located in Old Marco Island right on the water. All the rooms look out over the bay, docks and a small marina. It is within a block to several great restaurants. Our favorites were, Smith house for Breakfast, Snook Inn & Chiki Bar (on the water) for lunch, afternoon drinks & live music everyday in the afternoon and evening and finally Mareks s for Dinner which has upscale food in a casual atmosphere. One item to note is the property is undergoing renovations and has about 25% of the rooms renovated but had to stop due to COVID-19. The renovated rooms are amazingly beautiful with all brand new appliances, kitchens, baths, flooring, furniture etc. The old rooms are very old and not so good. So if youre going, make sure you ask for a renovated room. This is a great place and we will be back.

  Very Bad RCI Resort in Marco Island

  This was a totally disgusting RCI Resort in Marco Island, Florida. We will never stay here again. We saw bugs in the room, there was rust on the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, showers, so bad that we would not even turn on the water in the sink. When you are in the shower and you flush the toilet, you get scalding hot water. We told the manager about this, and he said 'oh yeah, we know about that!' Not very good if you have kids and they get scalded with hot water. This is a very old RCI resort and if in very bad shape. This resort (not a resort at all), should not even be in RCI. Also, the pool that they advertise is mostly shared by the Scuba/Dive shop next door. So if you want to enjoy the very small pool, you need to work around the Scuba Lesson calendar. Do Not Stay here, it's disgusting ! This resort is not close to the beach. If you want a nice hotel, go to the Marriott Crystal Shores, awesome place !
