    Best Front Office in Alexandria - Poor F&B

    Location of the hotel is perfect Front office is the greatest in Alexandria However: 1. Room are extremely far away from the reception 2. Ultra cold and hot air conditioning didnt work. When I informed the hotel of the case, I have been promised to receive a technician to fix it. Now that I am checked out.....and the technician hasnt appear yet 3. Had dinner at one of their upper floor restaurants I can easily tell you that food ingredients quality and cook were both terrible In short, Front office and hotel location are the hotel winners!
