  Avoid it. Overpriced, old, tired. Not value for money

  The price was way over rated for the quality of the property. It is old and tired. Something that management indicate once you make a complaint but not obvious by the property photos or description. The bathroom door cant be left open which makes it impossible to do hair/make up after showering as he exhaust fan isnt strong enough. The king bed we had made so much noise just even sitting on it let alone sleeping and sleeping/moving on it. I used the power points in the main bedroom for my hairdryer but the hair dryer plug kept falling out. Worst thing was the common area door or gate somewhere in the property that gets used from 5.30 (on a Sunday miring) and is relentless with its banging. Note I did give feedback when departing and then contacted the property via email afterwards. It took 2 days and 3 emails to get a response which was not sympathetic nor supportive of my feedback and complaint. They shouldnt be in hospitality and have no idea of customer service.

  Disappointing

  It wasnt all bad but it wasnt great either. The decor is clearly dated and what may once have been a thriving boutique resort leaves little to be desired. The restaurant is closed indefinitely and reception hours are cut back to business hours. The room has minimal amenities and despite advertising wifi - it isnt free. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING your fellow guests are experiencing. Secure parking is additional but I managed to get off-curb free parking fairly easily. It is also fairly central to get to most places in Perth and walking distance to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Dont come here expecting boutique, expect derelict.

  A joke

  Do not book here. One of the most disgusting places I've ever been too its dirty, pool was green, paint peeling off everywhere and gardens unattended. It's a joke for the price you pay its a place just marking time before its redeveloped

  Wedding anniversary

  This was quite a nice little boutique Resort on the beach in Scarborough. The location enabled us to have a fantastic weekend of bike riding, along a glorious beachfront. The restaurant was small and cosy and the food was very delicious.

  May be better now

  I stayed here about 11 years ago and it was horrible. We had a non smoking room that was so strong of cigarettes. We had a spa and the shower tap fell on my head. In the morning the fruit salad was at least 3 days old. We paid extra for a decent drink so I got a hot chocolate and dead ants were floating in it.
