    Very dirty

    A hotel full of mold and very dirty. The towels were old and dirty and the bathroom, the toilet was very dirty. After the manager blamed the problems we found in the room said that they are conditions and if we do not like to go. At 2 AM we left the hotel at night because he could not stand it. It's awful. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone "4 *".

    worse Than we expected

    Although you wouldn't expect much from cheap 3* hotels, but our stay was much more of a camping adventure than of a comfortable stay: - Electricity went off for around 3 hours on our second morning - Hot water isn't always available - Staff will change the towels and clean your room every 2 days (The reason is because the hotel was fully booked, and they couldn't handle the large number of visitors) - The elevator went out of order for a day, a problem for people staying on the 4th and 5th floor - Wifi connection is only available in the central lobby and is painfully slow because everyone gathers to use it particularly at night (If your planning to stay buy yourself a 3G data simcard for 46 lira) I wouldve definitely changed my hotel if I weren't staying with a large group of performers visiting for the Antalya festival

    Tam anlamyla rezalet bir yer !!!!!

    I was stay 10 days in this Sunmerry Hotel. OMG !! I never saw so terrible hotel. I did organized for 5 person in this hotel. Hotel stuffs was not smiling any. Foods wasn't tasty. Drinkings was finishing often. Hotel's Boss wasn't has a tourism education. He was working before a carrier of hotels, I dont know who was bring to him for so important duty. t is unbelieving !! terrible !! I dont advice to nobody this hotel. Never!! They are telling so everything inside of the costs but it is not true !!.. there is no internet connection.. there is no any drinking inside of room minibar.. room beds are dirty and not comfortable...

    Horrible. If you like begging for toilet paper, this hotel is for you

    First of all, let me remind you this hotel has 4*! But it merely deserves 1*. HORRIBLE! Here is a short list of things that will make your stay there as uncomfortable as possible: -maids NEVER leave you toilet paper, you have to beg the front desk for it -all included in "SunMerry terms" means alcohol and sugary drinks are free before 10pm (after 10pm you have to pay) -don't expect your sheets or towels to be changes EVER -stuff is so lazy it's actually scary. They will ignore you with your silly requests to stop hanging your towels over the balcony!!! (who does that anyways?!!!!) -NOBODY will help you, your are on your own -busboys/waiters are rude, they take your plate even if you are still using it - you can't take more than one drink, the amount of drinks you take should be strictly justified! -do not expect to get meat, at best you get chicken -to get food you need to line up and there is a chance you will miss things out -food is not replenished during breakfast/lunch/dinner. So you better rush! -there is no animation whatsoever -don't be fooled by the look of the water slides. It NEVER works. -you are lucky if your room has working AC. Ours was making sounds like if it was Boeing 747 making a takeoff... I would not recommend this hotel at any costs... Please avoid as plague!

    Just , do not go there at all

    It was a very bad vacation, no one speak English bad food no animation team very small hotel and people who go there start to be rude because it's a dam borring place Without some friends I just met them there it would be definitely my worth vacation in my life
