  Very good but a couple of minor problems

  Place is very tidy staff friendly my only complaints are minor 1/ we had spiders in room saw 2 daddy long legs (this can happen anywhere so doesnt detract from rating I gave) 2/ toilet when you flush kept running but once you know then all you do is push again and it fixes it 3/ we asked if they give a discount for repeat stays I was informed yes but only after 10 stays (I was ready to book there and then, to bring daughter back in December however there was no advantage to rebooking, if they had have given a discount for returning customers they would have had a longer booking from us in December) Unfortunately by not offering this they may have lost out a repeat visit if we find somewhere closer to city for same price. Even for these minor complaints I would still highly recommend them as a place to stay.

  Affordable but Tired

  We recently stayed here for two night with our three kids. The property represents reasonable value for money if you need accommodation for group of 5 or 6. Rooms are fairly tired and have seen better days but it was generally clean and tidy. Bedding was a bit soft which is fine if that's the way you like it, otherwise you might struggle to get a good nights rest. Location is a bit out of the way - nothing really in walking distance but they do have a small onsite shop for basic items. It is only a few minutes drive to the Manuka area with plenty of cafes and shopping. Worth considering for larger family groups on a budget.

  Lovely holiday park with pool and games room.

  What a surprise! For an unbelievable price we got a great villa. The pool is fantastic and the games room have a great air-conditioning unit, cooling us down playing table tennis. The reception/shop is well stocked.

  Dont Do It

  I travel a lot for business and made the mistake of thinking a self contained unit would be comfortable. Its in a caravan park with noisy kids everywhere. If youre coming to Canberra for work, dont come here !!

  You get what you pay for

  The unit we stayed in here was dirty and run down. The whole place did not feel secure and I felt like I needed security. I would not recommend this as a place to stay for families as it seems to be mainly populated with blue collar workers staying away from home. There was a questionable stain on the floor in line with a place that rents by the hour. We were booked to stay longer but cut the stay short and left for somewhere better.
