  Buen hotel, agradable y servicial

  Nos alojamos durante una semana en nuestra visita a la isla de Rhodas y la experiencia en el hotel fue inmejorable. Fuimos un grupo de 5 amigos y reservamos un estudio para dos y una maisonette para 3. Cada habitación contaba con su propia cocina bien equipada, baño limpio y balcón. Como nuestro avión aterrizó de noche, avisamos que llegariamos por la madrugrada y el personal, muy atento desde el primer momento, esperó a nuestra llegada. Solucionaron todas nuestras dudas y hasta contratamos una excursión a Marmaris (Turquía) desde el hotel. Las instalaciones son correctas, ascensor, piscina de amplio horario, restaruante con precios razonables, buenos cocktails y pizzas, disponen de wifi gratuito en todos los espacios y habitaciones, hay supermercados como Carrefour justo al lado y una playa a menos de 10 minutos andando. Aconsejamos alquilar un coche si quereis visitar la isla, hay parking gratuito en las inmediaciones. En coche se tarda menos de 15 minutos en llegar a la ciudad de Rhodas o al aeropuerto, y se encuentra muy bien comunicado en la población de Ialyssos. Hay que decir que es un hotel ideal para familias, asi que si vais grupos de amigos como nosotros es importante respetar el descanso de los huéspedes, ya que el hotel es muy tranquilo. Sólo nos queda agradecer al personal que nos atendió y hizo nuestra estancia de lo más agradable, sin duda repetiríamos!

  Excelente!

  Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y de transporte público. Destaca la atención de su personal, saliamos temprano y nos prepararon un desayuno especial para llevar. Hacen todo para que te sientas genial.

  Lovely stay and great hosts

  Returned last weekend from a 7 night break at this lovely hotel and made to feel welcome from start to finish .we stayed in a studio room 104 great size lovely and clean and everything you needed,bathroom very modern and fab shower !! Lovely fresh towels everyday which are of good quality and great clean of the room thank you to the cleaning staff .Nice balcony with the sun on all morning which was lovely to wake up to ..stayed here for breakfast which there was a great selection, also had a evening meal a couple of times and couldn't fault it and great prices to .thank you to the chef ..would highly recommend this family run hotel nothing is to much trouble for there guests ..keep up the good work ..hope to return again one day soon

  Great place to stay

  Just returned from a 2week stay at the Sunday and would definitely return. The rooms were comfy and very clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful.The food was excellent.Good location for other bars and resteraunts.

  Spotless, very well run apartments

  Booked for a last minute week from 17th October. We booked a maisonette as that is all that was available at the time. We arrived at 7.00pm & check in was quick & easy. The receptionist was very pleasant & advised of times for the bar/restaurant and breakfast. She also asked how often we would like the maid service as they are limiting contact due to COVID. I was happy with every other day with the bins emptied every day. The maisonette was on the 3rd floor which was accessible by a lift. The room was spotless, with everything looking very new, including cutlery, crockery, kitchen equipment. The bathroom was lovely with free toiletries, good quality toilet roll (a luxury!) and big fat fluffy bath sheets. I was very happy! We got our towels changed every other day and sheets changed mid week. We also got more toilet roll all week which is not typical for Greece - you generally get 2 & have to get your own after that. The fridge, kettle & hot plates were partially under the stairs to the bedroom which was a little difficult to get to but, I was never planning on cooking a 3 course (or 1 course for that matter) meal. The stairs to the bedroom were a little steep & the bedroom ceiling was shaped so my husband couldn't stand up in his side but I could on mine. I had to climb over his bed to get to my side where the 1 & only upstairs plug socket was, which I need as I have a CPAP machine. This was my only gripe. The beds were really comfortable, with good quality bedding and pillows. We both slept really well. We ate in the restaurant the 1st night & as someone who is very fussy, I struggled as the food is more restaurant than bar food. The same menu is on through the day which I think is a little too much & a basic snack bar menu would be better as would the availability of snacks such as crisps, although there is a supermarket almost next door which sells everything you would ever need including fresh meat, fruit, cheeses etc. It is not open on a Sunday though, however there was another little supermarket on the main road (turn right), run by an English lady & her Greek husband who were really helpful & told us about the buses to Rhodes Town. The bar service in the hotel was super efficient & was very clean & well priced, although I did think it lacked a little atmosphere which I think could be down to the end of a very unusual season. The pool area was spotless & due to social distancing had less beds than in a usual season. The pool was relatively small but definitely adequate with plenty of inflatables for anyone to use. The poolside showers & toilets were really nice too. The location of the hotel is in a residential area & there was a dog next door who did bark when people walked past but it didn't spoil my relaxing by the pool. From the main road, Ixia beach is approx 15 minutes walk (to the left & turn right at Gregory's / Police station cross roads) and Ialyssos is approx 20 minutes walk to the right on the main road with a good strip of bars/restaurants. Due to it being the end of the season, some places were closed and others hadn't opened for the season due to COVID. There is also a shingle beach just down the lane/road next to the BP garage on the main road. Rhodes town is a short bus ride away & costs 2.50 euro or 12-15 euro in a taxi. I thoroughly enjoyed my week away & felt completely refreshed. I would recommend these apartments & will return as I would like to experience some atmosphere in the bar area in a "normal" season.
