  Amazing location

  Summit Swiss Heritage and Spa Hotel , Darjeeling is absolutely worth it. It's 5 minutes away from Mall road. The rooms are lavish with all basic amenities. Food is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. My view from the room was beautiful. It's one of the best properties in Darjeeling. Go for it!

  Not satisfactory- not worth the price

  Bad experience with respect to the following points 1. Veg oriented menu- not suitable for Bengali cuisine 2. Washrooms not up to the mark 3. Smoking not allowed in room, need to go to terrace and lawn even at odd hours. 4. Items like chicken are under cooked

  To the best time at Summit Swiss heritage

  This place is one of the most luxurious and amazing place to stay and honestly this is the best place to stay in Darjeeling thats one of the main reason for choosing Summit Swiss also its just 5min away from Darjeeling mall which is something I love and the rooftop view from this hotel is insanely gorgeous. The staffs of this place is so good and helpful I cant even explain. The hospitality and service is super good and the manager is damn helpful and nice. Also special thanks to Sonam Thakur one of the property person for helping me in every need. * cosy rooms * great ambience *great food * great view * near Darjeeling mall * rooftop view * great service and hospitality * maintaining all the safety and protocols for Covid

  Great stay

  We visited darjeeling for 3 days and choose to stay at Summit Swiss heritage hotel. Everyone from the hotel staff to the rooms to the food was very good. The rooms were really spaceous. They were kind enough to provide 2 rooms with view. Cleanliness was too notch. Coming to the food, the staff at the restaurant was really helpful. They went out of the way to prepare the dishes we asked though it qas not there in the menu. The breakfast spread was excellent as well. Overall a great stay. Travelling with 4 senior citizens, we had a lot of restrictions in terms of food and mobility. But the hotel staff took care of everything and made our stay memorable.

  Good, near mall. Good rooms (with views), services & great staffs.

  Reasonably good hotel near (1km) mall with a small lawn giving good views of Kunchenjunga - many rooms have the same view. Rooms are good, clean & spacious enough for 2 pax. But the bathroom of deluxe room is small & not well designed for comfortable use. Restaurant provide average& standard good, but bit highly priced. Buffet breakfast is veg only & has smaller spread of less varieties, but good enough in my opinion. Cleaning of room & changing of linen etc & replenishing of toiletries & tea bags etc not done routinely daily unless asked for. Tea bags etc not provided for 3rd guest unless asked for. But when asked they provided everything. Mineral water not given. My booking mentioned guaranteed upgrade to next higher category room, but it was given for only one night, & not for the whole length of my stay. The staffs are great, polite & helpful. But over all, a good hotel, bit highly priced. Recomended.
