Me quedaría aquí nuevamente.

    A reasonably-priced hotel at a strategic location

This was my 2nd stay here within the same year (2019), and I also booked the same room type as well in order to cater for my entire family (i.e. Superior Queen). The pricing was extremely competitive (even during the year-end festive period) and it was a fair value for money based on the spaciousness of the room plus the overall comfort level. In addition, this time we also tried the in-house buffet breakfast, at an extremely reasonable price of only RM20 per pax. The only major issue that we encountered was that the air-conds in the room were relatively cold... even after we had set it to the highest temperature. Other than that, we were happy with our stay overall.

A Bit if a Difficult Review

The hotel is situated between 2 shopping centres - the Summit which is slightly down-market but still has a few good food outlets the other is Deman which has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is a bit of a conundrum- we were on the Summit Club floor and this was supposed to include access to club lounge offering, breakfast, free soft drinks all day and cocktails in the evening, however, it was not open once during our week-long stay, in fact the entire floor was deserted, we only saw one other couple during the entire stay. The room was larger than standard rooms and was well furnished, but dated , for example there was a control panel for lights, air con etc, but very old-fashioned and ridiculously placed under the bedside table which next you either had to hang over the edge of the bed or sit on the floor to identify the required switch. The staff were not welcoming, unusual in a Malaysian hotel and varied greatly in number, some days there were door staff and other days no one. The restaurant staff never spoke and only one young lady was extremely pleasant and helpful. The cleaners were not terribly efficient, one of our windows had cobwebs and I dropped some crisp crumbs, I picked up most but some small bits were under the bedside table and were still there when we checked out. The breakfast selection was entirely based on local foods and was excellent, however, if you expect a full English wherever you go in the world then this is not the hotel for you, There was also a small cafe serving snacks, meals, coffee and cake but again this was closed on a number of days. The pool area was OK, but could have been so much better, lots of cheap plastic chairs, grubby mental tables and one (yes, one) lounger. There were some nice shrubs and flowers but no access to drinks, snacks anywhere near the pool. So while the hotel does have all the amenities it advertises they are not necessarily 4 star standard. The hotel is quite some distance from KL centre but situated close to the monorail and bus network, this is a very inexpensive and speedy way to get around.

    Needs Improvement

Hotel was okay with a number of facilities like swimming pool and spa. Room is spacious with its normal amenities. However, a couple of things need to be improved to maintain its reputation. Housekeeping chores need to be monitored as we find the washbasin cover faulty but not replaced. Cleanliness of the washbasins need to be improved too. Air conditioners in some rooms are not functioning properly. The worst experience is the parking coupons. We have to pay for it first before claiming it back from the hotel. That's not all. An amount of RM 2.00 is deducted from each parking ticket when you claim it from the receptionist. It's queer and this reflects badly on the hotel's customer service department. Guests have to pay for parking in Summit building? Wow, if that's their policy, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

    Convenient Location

Rooms are good, Clean,Maintenance appears to be poor. Room service horrible. Only good thing is the location. If anyone think of staying in this Hotel, do not book B & B. Always good to go only with the room. WE were staying for 6 days and all six days breakfast is the same.Though we paid for the breakfast, for last three days we avoid the food and had all our meals elsewhere
