Could be so much better but falls down in every wayStayed in the hotel a few times and each time I think it is so nearly a good place so give it another try! No more will I try!! Two night stay which has been dogged with staff incompetence, poor maintenance and generally left me feeling very uncomfortable!!! Hotel is in a nice setting with a lovely roof terrace but beware they occasionally shut this down if they can garner people to pay from elsewhere such as a wedding! You are then told you are not allowed to use the only outdoor facility the hotel has and told to use the gritty basement restaurant! Food is just about edible but oh so slow service and good luck in getting exactly what is described in the menu!! Maintenance is appalling and asking for things to be mended such as a bathroom light which wont turn off, faulty plugs and air con not working results in such a fuss or request to move you to another room that you put up with the faults! The rooms are packed with weird gadgets and tech that simply dont work! Replace all of these with simple switches and get back to basics!! Reception staff are totally unprofessional without a clue in customer service!! Check in I was told the level of room I booked, 2 day stay, want available so they upgrade me for one night and then I have to move to another room!! Refused this and magically they then found a room of the grade I booked!! Wtf!! They then compounded this my ringing me after one day to ask what time I checking out and would I like to extend!!!! No apology when error pointed out and just hung up on me. Had instances in past where bar staff tried over charging and being barged in on by room staff even with dod displayed! The manager himself is one of the nicest men you can meet and is trying his best but he really fighting such a losing battle! He will try for you but really its a losing battle as staff havent any level of competence or understanding of customer service! As before, Ive tried with this place but now giving up! Good luck if you try!!!

Cool HotelStayed and had a workshop in the this hotel. Nice and neat hotel with moderate comfort for an average hotel in Abuja. Nice comfortable rooms, good food, nice environments with banks, supermarket, food courts. Staffs were helpful, the receptionist were superb. In all, cool and nice place to stay.

Not impressedIt was my first time visiting Abuja and a friend recommended we stay in Asokoro so I found this hotel looked nice from the website. When we arrived to the hotel the receptionist seemed disorganised and didn't know what to do. We originally booked a deluxe room but the said they had fully booked theirs rooms, why would you accept a booking with no notifications that you didn't have rooms available. They eventually upgraded us to their master room which wasn't even all that great. The room smelt of cigarettes the wall paper was tearing apart, aside from that the door to the shower was not closing meaning when you take a shower water would fall all over the floor which is quite dangerous especially on marble floor, the bath tub looked old and unkept so I used the shower instead. During our time we faced a lot of issues with the services they provided We ordered a bottle of water we paid and the waiter said he would bring back our change he never did and when we spoke to the reception about it they said they couldn't find him so their was nothing they could do. Even when we checked in the receptionist forgot to copy our passport after I already asked her earlier if she wanted a copy of our passport and completely ignored the question. She asked us recheck in after we had already settled, and wasn't looking to go back downstairs. The lift doesn't even work going down only works going up, so we had to use the stairs every time we left the hotel. Their restaurant service are the worse we ordered drinks and Sisha. We waited over an hour for drinks, even after that they only brought one, we waited another 15 minutes for my husbands drink, best believe our Sisha still hadn't arrived! Considering the place wasn't even busy, luckily we ate before we came there cause God know how long we would have been waiting for that. I also should have known that. having breakfast at the hotel was a big mistake, Everything they had on menu was unavailable only thing they had was bread and butter even common orange juice they didn't have. The hotel is disoriented, disorganised and unprofessional. I would highly recommend finding a hotel that can cater to your service, cause this hotel did not even meet the basic requirements you expect from a hotel you pay money for. The only good thing is the hotel is right in the centre of nice restaurant and it's not far from the aso villa

It's glory days are goneHotel staff is very friendly. BUT... This hotel is obviously poorly maintained. The glass shower door in my bathroom was broken, so water from shower spilled out everywhere on the bathroom floor. The wallpaper underneath the bay window was ripped into shreds as if a dog attacked it, same with the wallpaper behind one of the bedside tables. Only 2 hangers in the closet. Lights weren't working in the room because the card I wasn't given wasn't sturdy enough to activate them. Two light bulbs were out in the room. I didn't have a room when I arrived. I had to wait for one to be cleaned. There was a gaping hole on the ceiling wall in the bathroom. All my towels were hard and brownish. The toilet in my bathroom didn't flush. The bathtub was scratched up. During my stay, there were 3 Power outages in less than 15 hours. All the meals I ordered were bland. DSTV satellite keep losing signal so my TV watching was frequently interrupted.

Try the Rooftop BarMy best hangout spot in town. I actually visit mostly their rooftop bar. Sitting out there feels like sitting on top of Abuja and seeing the whole of Aso Okoro. It is just behind the ECOWAS head office. They have good food at good rates. Try their snail
