  Relaxing break in the sun.

  Lovely small and friendly hotel in a quiet location. The room was clean and big enough for two. The bar was large and bright. Breakfast was a bit basic and could have done with fresh juice or fruit and maybe croissants. The pool snack bar was a pleasant area to sit and enjoy. My daughter thought the pool was one of the best she had ever been in. I as a non - swimmer had problems getting out of the pool as there was a deep rise to get out of and I have some mobility problems( knee surgery). The staff were pleasant and helpful. If you are used to Greek hotels this one is of a good all round standard. We had a good time.

  Relaxed and Friendly

  My week at Summerland Hotel and Bungalows was lovely and relaxing and I was made to feel very welcome. My first time holidaying alone I never felt "alone" which was great. I was B&B board, Room was basic but had a wee fridge and air con (pay separately) and was lovely and clean. Bins emptied daily and bedding and linen changed twice week. Breakfast was good, a choice of cereals, fruit & yogurt, bread ham cheese eggs, teas coffee and juices, cookies. The pool was amazing and poolside snackbar deliver amazing food. Cocktails, beers and wine at bar in evening was very relaxed not too noisy. The hotel is a little bit out of the way but thats what I was looking for and only a 20min walk to beach. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants all in walking distance and I felt safe walking in the area alone. All in all a great holiday for relaxing

  Last minute get away!

  Booked with only 5 days to go, this hotel was situated a little further out than expected. It is most definitely a good 15-20min walk to the beach (if you want to get to the decent parts with good bars/cafes etc) we just packed for the whole day and evening to save going back and forth. Evening walk back was actually nice, dark but nice as it was good to walk off the meal. Hotel itself, had a lovely atmosphere, staff were friendly, very nice clean pool, Wednesday evening they had a pool party, which was unexpected as we came back from the beach around 10ish. Was great fun, played ball in the pool with others staying there until it finished at 12pm. We were self catering, room was big and clean, bathroom very odd with layout but manageable. VERY hot, I had read reviews on this before so came prepared with two small bedside fans! Did the job and didn't have to pay for aircon once. No kettle but pan worked just as well. Overall, lovely stay but lots of walking. Bus stop at the end of the road, which we had a day trip to Rhodes town, very much worth a look.

  Well dont know where to start first. It was all bad since a very beginning. Were coming to Greece islands every year with family. Ive Never Ever had such a experience. Has been working in hospitality for ages but all I can say if u want to ruin your holiday please visit this awful place. First of all the staff is rude and unprofessional. Ure not allowed to do or have anything. If u ask for anything special they call u trouble makers. Breakfasts are poor. No fruits or vegs at all. Room cleaning hasnt been done enough. But what hurts the most is their attitude. We had a daughter who was sick and visited local hospital for 3 times and one night there was a pool party with a very loud music and all we wanted was to put the volume a bit down weve been told by the guy working there ( whoever he is) NO! There is a sick child, needs to rest and this human tells u No!? They dont care about the guests and their comfort . All they want is your money. Please if u think about it be careful and do not go there.

  Great time

  Just back from a week in summerland. Hotel was clean the pool was beaitiful. Hotel waa situated in a good area. Walkonh distance from the beach and local shops. Also a short bua journey to rhodes old town. Loved the holiday!! The only downside was tje summerland staff. I found them a little rude I dunno, maybe a cultural difference
