  Lovely stay, great breakfast!

  We've just returned from 6 nights at Summer Breeze and had a lovely time. Perfect size room for the 2 of us with a good powerful shower which is always good! Breakfast had plenty of options and nothing was ever too much trouble. Rooms were made up every day and fresh milk left for us in a flask to make tea and coffee (so much nicer than those plastic cartoons) We'll be back next time we visit Newquay, thank you!

  4 nights stay.

  Just got back from a 4 night stay here . Lovely warm welcome on arrival .Good location for the town and beach . We had a family room which was great for us . Very clean and nicely decorated . Breakfast was excellent , Lots of choice to suit everyone . I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we return to Newquay .

  Highly recommend!!

  What a wonderful B&B!! Great hosts, fab location, clean and tasteful decor with a great breakfast! We stayed as a family with a 10 yr old child for a week and we had a fabulous stay. Lovely hot showers after being to the beach and they even make their own jams which the whole breakfast room would demolish every Morning! I would highly recommend this B&B. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  1 Night Stay

  Decided to extend our stay in Cornwall and booked the summer breeze last minute. We had a lovely family room right which was spacious and clean. Owners were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend Summer Breeze for short or long stays as your given keys so can come and go as you please.

  Perfect hosts- perfect B&B

  Having been holidaying/visiting Newquay yearly for most of my life I asked my self the question why have I not stayed here before ? And the answer is simple, its so lovely that its always been fully booked and whenever Ive used a search engine often at the last minute this B&B never comes up because there wont be any availability. And now I know why. The property is located on Mount wise, the main road thru Newquay so its very easy to find. There is parking available and we took advantage of that. The owner had previously sent a text asking of our arrival time so she could be there to greet us which was a nice touch, we also met Ted the dog who is also very happy to greet you too. The property is decorated really beautifully with a very modern colour scheme which was fresh and inviting. Our room was on the second floor which was spacious and very clean. Couldnt fault it. There was also tea and coffee making facilities, a flat screen wall mounted TV and large built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. The en-suite was perfect with fresh clean towels provided. Although we are used to a huge bed at home the bed here was I think a double but even so very comfortable and we had a great sleep. My husband and I were only staying for 1 night so we only got to sample the delicious cooked to order full English breakfast once, the home made jams on toast were a favourite of my husband and on checking out of the property the owner was actually making another batch of strawberry jam which smelled divine. I would strongly recommend this B&B to anyone. The location to the beach ,town, bars and restaurants are literally 5 mins walk away. This is a little gem that hopefully will be available the next time I plan a visit to my future retirement destination. Thank you Summer Breeze, you have a wonderful B&B to be proud of.
