  Disappointing to say the least

  From the moment we arrived we realised we had been mislead by the sites advertising it. The bed was uncomfortable, the place was loud and wi-fi was not provided, despite what we were told. Having arrived after a full day's travel, we were greeted by the request for more money, a holiday/city tax of some kind, which was something we were aware of, but charged more than anywhere else and were demanded cash from. This place was so disappointing we did not even stay the night. We agreed that as we technically had the room for the night, we would pay, however when we made it clear we would be claiming back for the 2nd night we were told tough luck, take it up with the site we booked through. While annoyed we accepted that was what we must do and so checked out and tried to get our receipt. We signed nothing and the man at the desk (who had been less than helpful) gave us our receipt. Happy to be out of there we took the receipt and left, thinking no more about it and trying to enjoy the rest of our stay. Upon returning home and checking the receipt we realised there was no useful information on it, with no mention of our stay, and no figures on it, it was then we realised he had not checked us out, but must have simply deleted us from the system, leaving us unable to make any attempt to get a refund. While we realised too late it was on us to check to receipt at the time, it should be on the hotel and their staff to provide helpful and honest service. It was the back-handedness of this action that prompted me to write this review, if only to save a few more unsuspecting travellers their money and time!

  Great Customer Service

  Simple resort with pool and a great view. Customer service was impeccable as Enzo, Sara, and Angela gave my travel mates and I individual rooms instead of a shared one. My friend also left his ID but front desk held on to it. Not the most luxurious but it's simple and fits my needs. I'd recommend for a weekend get away.

  This is more for locals or travelling Italians

  1.) Its on an island. We looked up hotels in Naples and this popped up and it had a pool. Didn't realize it was on an island but ferry is reasonable...but not the taxis. Not regulated. 2.) This is best for local Italians. We felt very out of place as Americans 3.) Dinner is hard unless you pay at beginning and tell them you want it, however, probably best to go out. Again, lots of locals at a buffet and apparently they love peaches (they steal them too). These guys like to hurry to it and eat a lot of the food. Wasnr bad though. 4.) Probably shouldn't be taller than 5'8" and greater than 200lbs. The shower is so very tiny. Literally like 2.5x2.5 ft. Air conditioning was great though. Oh and the pool, only open like 6 hrs in the day so we never got to go into it since it closes at 6pm!
