  Muy bueno

  Muy buen hotel en Phuket, con habitaciones que son más un apartamento que otra cosa. Tiene una muy linda piscina y además incluye un desayuno buffet muy Rico. Super recomendable para los que quieran quedarse de pasada para seguir a Las islas Gili

  After staying here a few times, I wont go back...

  I have stayed at these apartments a few times when I need an overnight stay between the airport and Phi Phi. Unfortunately, the service this time was quite poor so I wont return again... Pros: - Quiet location away from the town - Huge and clean infinity pool facing sunset - Large, modern and clean apartments - Free breakfast included at a nearby cafe - Mini mart now available downstairs - Has a gym and library - Excellent value for money Cons: - No taxis or tuk tuks nearby, must pre-book with reception - Reception staff are not truthful When we wanted to book another night after checking availability on Agoda, they told us that our room or any like it were not available (even though Agoda showed otherwise) and told us the only free room was the luxury suite for a heftier price. When we showed them what was on Agoda they said Agoda was wrong. We know they were just trying to squeeze more money out of us. So we decided wed not stay and just asked to book a taxi to Rassada Pier. They wanted 400 baht. The pier is only 15-20 mins away and I have booked so many times in the past for only 200 baht. We finally settled on 300 baht but I wasnt happy that they were trying to get more money out of us after the room saga. What annoyed me was how the lady handled the situation. They definitely need to train their staff on customer service, and would be helpful if the staff could speak a bit more english. The first lady couldnt speak a single word of english and was asking us to use Google translate. Overall, great apartments but poor staff. Fine for a nights stay but out of principle I wont stay here again.

  KIDS RUNNING THE SHOW!

  This is a hotel not a boys scout! First couple of times I got my room cleaned, I noticed that half of it wasn't cleaned. Then I found out that the girls cleaning my room are teenagers, really? I've been all over the world! I've stayed at 5 star, 4 star, 3 star, 2 star, 1 star, hostels, bungalows, Airbnb's etc. Can't remember the last time kids cleaned my room. They missed everything, cobwebs in the corners of the laminated flooring, dust on top of the TV, clean the Hob, clean the kitchen drawers, clean the fridge. If I was this establishment I would employ adults with real hospitality experience. I REST MY CASE!

  Ok stay

  The location isnt so great, ended up paying around 930 baht for a grab from the airport to this place. So i wouldn't suggest it if you're looking to party or be in the center of activities. Also the wifi situation is direeee. We had to go down to the lobby to get internet! Those two aspects aside, the room is quite comfortable and spacious. Lovely bathroom. Clean and house keeping very prompt and efficient. Breakfast was at a cafe across from the building, very cute, ok food. The infinity pool is gorgeous and a fun time. All in all, despite the location, if our room had wifi, id say this would've been quite a pleasant stay. There's hope here! Just fix the wifi situation

  Quiet Place

  Stayed here for one night all is fine except for the AC leaking in the middle of the night which we didnt mention to staff as we are already tired the whole day other than this everything is great! The condo was next to O-OH Farm which you will have your breakfast. A nice place for people who needs relaxation away from the city but not suited for people who need night outs.
