Muy buena ubicacion
Excelente ubicacion y rescato una piscina enorme para poder disfrutar con la familia. Esta muy cerca de los centros de compras mas importantes. Los bungalows son limpios el personal esta siempre dispuesto.

Our second week in Thailand
The location of the hotel was near the beach. We had a great bungalow, just apposite the beautiful pool. The Room was large and very clean. The climate was excellent. Hotel Restaurant was very near, only few steps over the silent street. The hotel area is BEAUTIFUL, so many different types of trees, and no moscitos. The staff was very friendly, even they didn't speak very good English. But what ever we needed, we could understand eachother very well. I had an accident and they sent a good doctor at once to our room. I was so nice taken care by all of the staff. Breakfast was quite good.

Room for Improvement
Quiet place with room for improvement. 1. Beds very hard, however room is clean 2. Swim up bar not operational and I dont think is ever has been open. However the 2 pools are large and clean 3. Minimal table service from the bar and restaurant while at the beach, The food was good and enjoyable. 4. Staff at the resturant are more active when the manager is about! 5. Pool tiles coming off the bottom of the pools. 6. No staff to carry your bags to the room. There is so much opportunity for this place to improve on the service and make money! i.e. 1. Bar and restaurant staff actively selling drinks and food to customers at there beach chairs. 2. A towel service at the pools and beach. 3. Music to liven up mood at the beach or pool 4. Mini bars in the room, the fridge is already there. 5. Staff to learn English and German to improve communication to sell products and services. 6. Water activities or games to be available at the beach. 7. Happier and more interactive staff 8. Remove the bath tubs and install showers 9. Replace the old tube style TV's and improve the TV reception. 10. Bedside clock would be nice. 11. Bedside table on both sides of the bed

Cheats, Liars, Thieves
Booked on Agoda which said pet friendly, checked that on Trip Advisor which also said pet friendly. At check-in they could not offer the bedding configuration booked. And then said we could not access room because of dog. Left us on the street, refused to refund one cent, Agoda could not convince them to refund either. Shameful and disgraceful ethics by the resort and Agoda. Don't expect to get get what you pay for.

RIP off
This hotel falls apart in all places. The shower curtain almost falls from the wall strange stains on the walls and even the room key to our bungalow is broken the key falls to the rubber.... the furniture are broken kettle from the 70s it stands on it last safety inspection 2011 we have 2020. At breakfast my backrest of my chair is broken so highest quality of the furniture. On booking.com is advertised with free wifi arrived here was explained to us that in our bungalow the wifi per person 350 baht costs so total 700 baht for wifi for a week which are about 20 euros which I call rip off. But not enough, of course, I start to discuss. I didn't want to let that stand and asked for the manager of the hotel the lady at the reception said she's the boss I said no that's they're not I want the boss talk the lady stood up And just went I asked her name you she did not give me.I refused to leave the reception without a solution until a young man told me the name of the real manager namely sara and her office is in the mugdara beach resort About 650 meters away. We talked to sara but also here there was no insight for our Wi-Fi problem it is advertised with false claims. And I quote maybe there will be wifi free next season but this season they have to pay. So this is clearly a method
