  Very clean, very friendly

  I have stayed here a few times before this review. I did that to assure this place is as clean and friendly as it was the first time I stayed. Every time I stay here it's always the same, VERY clean and VERY friendly. This is now my "go to" hotel when I am around here.

  Okay For A Night in Transit

  Finding the entrance was difficult as it is in the Frontage Road but easy self parking was a plus. There is no breakfast included and the usual nearby fast food outlets were unappealing. Rooms were fine although front ones can be noisy due to traffic noise. Bathrooms were okay and overall the rooms/bathrooms were clean but the hotel lacked atmosphere. Only weekly cleaning is offered but that's not a problem for short stays. Reception was efficient if not overly friendly Okay for a short stay and self catering (limited kitchen facilities in each room)

  Bad

  I never ever have a problem at a hotel and I stay at about 125 a year. Poor excuse for a hotel. Loud guest. Recycled dirty laundry. They dont change bedsheets even with I threw them on the floor so I could get new ones Overall a poorly run hotel that price gouged people during the flood.

  Alright for the price

  Was staying here for a extended work trip. Got one of the queen suites on the second floor. Pretty nice hotel for the price. Was here for 6 weeks. The hallway always had an odd smell. The room was nice. Good sized fridge. Bed was comfortable. Located pretty well to many restaurants and Walmart. Only saw a few small cockroaches. Only issue I had was the ac unit occasionally leaked water on the floor. But if only did this like 4 times while staying there. Had to keep a cup under it so it wouldnt get the carpet wet. Other then that it was a good stay.

  Great stay post Hurricane Laura

  The people are the front desk are awesome. My room was very comfortable and roomy. I was there for almost 4 month and not one issue. Even after we were hit with a hurricane. Power went out, water was out but by days end everything was back to normal. TJ is an outstanding gentleman always willing to help and just outstanding. If you are on a job in Port Arthur, I highly recommend this Extended Stay.
