  Looks good on the outside but....

  Looks nice on the outside and the rooms are huge but they are very outdated and old looking on the inside. 1st room the lights inside and outside did not work. The smoke alarm was hanging by the wire. The hairdryer didn't work. Smelly and stained carpet. Sue in the office was nice. Moved to another room what was a bit nicer but smelly and beat up, would not stay there again.

  Turn around and RUN!!!

  Pros: Sue at the front desk was very nice and sweet on the phone. Buildings look nice on the outside. Beds were made and towels were folded in the room. Cons: Building looked nice late Saturday afternoon when tired from driving all day and in a rush to check in and get to our appointment. Sunday when we left is when we notced rooms with wood covering windows and the many signs of looong term residents there. The beds were made but when we actually got to the room for the night we actually got to LOOK at the room. Couch was unusable because of the many diseases that could be contracted upon touch. It was black and filthy. Grease stains (and other stains) all over it. See photo! The beds were made but when pulling down the 1070s comforter we saw the sheets which didnt look washed from the last resident. That triggered a more closer inspection to find makeup smudges, hair, and freaking buggers wiped at the head of the bed! See photos! Upon inspection of the pillow we found eyelashes and makeup. Pillows were discarded onto the floor. Being it was after 1am and an early wakeup call we layed down toward the foot of the bed in a fetal position in order not to touch too much of the surface area. Around 230am there was some lady yelling. The walls are paper thin. I heard everything. Then around 4 a baby was crying which took the parent a while to soothe. The room reeked of pot so i dont know if that was from the last person or one of the other tenants... i think i jad a contact high from that because the yelling and baby was more ammusing at that point than anything. Sunday morning it was amazing to having our eyes clear as to what that place really was. A dump of the highest magnitude. It wasn't until back on the road that i got to read reviews and was once again amused to see the same expierences dating back many years. It's quite obvious the management doesn't care at all because we had the same experiences as people as far back as 5 years ago. They know we stay a night and wont be back and that is ok with them because they know there's a sucker not reading reviews and booking their rooms. Upon checkout I had to go to the office to turn in our keycards and get my $50 cash deposit back. (The room with tax was $53 plus $50 deposit.) Pleasant Sue was there who asked how the night was and i smiled and told her that it wasnt great. She apologized but you could tell she hears that all the time. No point in saying much because it just wasn't worth the time. Oh, and the bathroom towels were folded but obviously not washed either. Hair and dirt from the previous user's lack of bathing skills still remained. Truly a life lesson. Count your blessings if you read the reviews and go somewhere else. Otherwise welcome to the brotherhood if you made the same awful mistake we did. Rolled the dice and lost.

  Very affordable, full kitchen

  This is an interesting little hotel which would be perfect for extended stays in the Tulsa area. The best part of this place was everything you get for a very good price. The room was clean and had a full kitchen, large bathroom, cable TV, and cozy living space. The parking is a little cramped but this was the biggest drawback.

  Cannot Believe Motel 6 Franchise Allows This

  1st let me say the pics on the website makes you think this is a nice place to stay. We had stayed at the Motel 6 in Catoosa OK but then saw this place that looked ok and had a very affordable price so decided to try it. Thats when the adventure began! Went to check in and lets just say the overnight person has some issues. He was nice enough, friendly enough but he was bouncing off the walls, couldnt hold his hands still, it was very obvious he was high on something (assuming Meth),. he had a hard time holding still long enough to get the room card punched into the machine for us. We were very tired, got to the room and just went to sleep. When we got up we started looking around. It looks like people are actually living here and using it as a full time residence. Some windows in some rooms are boarded up, There are trashy looking vehicles parked around. The bathtub in our room had atleast 10 cigarette burns on it and the vanity outside the bathroom same thing. The kitchen had an oven that still had a dirty liner in it. Yeah, we didnt use the shower, didnt use dishes, just gathered our things and left. There are some MAJOR housekeeping maintainence issues everywhere here. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are desperate and absolutely need a cheap place to crash. We for sure wont be back. The funny part about it is there is a sign on the yard that says "owners must pick up after their pets or you will be asked to leave"--- what pets are leaving behind is the LEAST of this place's problems.

  Nice little place!

  I booked a room here last-minute because it was relatively inexpensive and I needed a place to stay. It's an older property but it has been kept up well. The room was clean & comfortable and the staff was friendly. The parking lot is a little small, but still pretty easy to maneuver around in. I would definitely stay here again.
