Pubic Hair, Old Food, Dismissive ManagerPubic hair in the shower. Old food in the fridge. Beard shavings on the sink. ALL IN PLAIN VIEW. Housekeeping knocked three times, forcing me out of bed instead of honoring my request for none during my 2 day stay. Laura, the dismissive on-site "manager," didn't apologize when called, so I escalated to corporate. They indicated that the manager should offer a refund. She didn't. I was told by Lupe, a G6 Hospitality employee, that my complaint would be given right back to Laura, and no one in the corporate office would contact me to follow up about the refund. They're literally paying people to listen to you repeat yourself after on-site staff fails, and their response is that you will have to call back and repeat yourself yet again--I was instructed to call them again if Laura didn't offer a refund. Laura didn't, and was no more helpful in person at the front desk than she was on the phone. G6 Hospitality has my phone number, which I verified during a recorded call. They need to resolve this at the corporate level. I already tried. It didn't work. Instead, I'll be contacting agencies with acronyms that will step in and investigate these consumer protection issues locally and statewide. BBB, FTC, etc. The pictures included can't be disputed any more than a recorded conversation. According to the date left in the room (claiming it had been cleaned), it was sitting in this condition for a week. Management could have caught this, but their focus is elsewhere.

Do not stay here! This use to be my favorite place to stay but not anympre. I went to check in and i was told that my daughter was on the do not rent list. The front desk guys said thats weird you and your daughter check in together so why was i not on the do not rent list. I asked if they could tell me why and they said there is no reason. I left and will never spend my MONEY here again. The only difference between me and my daughter is im white and she is black. Since the hotel can not give me a reason it appears the only reason is racial profiling. Suggestion if you put someone on a do not rent list you should be able to explain why. In the past i have recommended this hotel to my co workers and colleagues but i have asked that my company put studio 6 on the do not book employees or recommend to employees list.

Not impressed at all....I read some online reviews that raved about this place and I didnt have time to research further so I stayed a night. The front desk person wasnt friend at all. The room was extremely basic and every door and drawer in the unit was left open including the microwave... very strange. The tub area was din sad shape (see picture) and I found several ants craving in the room. No ice machine (was told that there were ice trays in the freezer in each room which would have been ok I guess if they werent empty). For over a hundred a night I expect a little more.

MIxedLike many, this place offers a combination of good and bad. Starting with the good, the rooms are large and ours was clean. The small kitchen is a big plus....just enough to do breakfast or lunch for yourself. The small two-person bar between the bedroom and kitchen offers an easy and convenient place to eat. Now the bad. Although it was presented to us as a Non-Smoking room, #224 reeked of cigarette smoke the entire 4 days we were there (even w/the window open). As nonsmokers, this was a very unpleasant experience. They advertise maid service, but on day #3 when we inquired when our towels might be changed, we were told it was our responsibility to take them to the office for exchange. How is this "maid service"?? We were aware that WiFi was not free, but were not anticipating that the fee would be for each computer rather than room based. So okay, we ponied up $16 rather than $8 for two computers. The only problem was that the service would NOT work on my brand new Macintosh. Several of the office staff tried to set it up for me, but to no avail. In fairness, Studio 6 did refund my $8, but I was left doing computer work at the library. Finally, there were a lot of non-residents lurking around the buildings after dark. I don't know whether they were homeless or druggies, but they were rather unnerving. Driving into the parking lot would cause them to move further into the shadows. One was staring directly into our room's front window when we pulled in. The exterior porch lights were all out on our end of building #2, which I suspect attracted them.

Used to be good, but not anymore. Creepy vibe.Stayed for business trip. Staff and manager (annoyingly) chain-smoking outside entrance whenever you needed assistance. Housekeeping staff left entered daily and left strange personal items in room (including used tampons and blood and feces stained linens) ... stole my watch and a pair of my underwear, plus my wife's panties. Heard from next rooms that this happens often there. Creepy! Manager guy with clipboard quietly went into every room every day, including mine when my wife was in the shower while I was away. Didn't even knock. Mold growing on walls and ceiling. Last night there someone smashed in my window and took everything in the car. Employee on duty was so lackadaisical he might as well have been in a coma, wreaked of marijuana. This place used to be good, but not anymore. Overpriced for what you get. Needs to be cleaned much better.
