  JUST AN AWESOME STAY!

  Being a Senior Tripadvisor Reviewer, I give a totally honest review! Studio6 DFW NW is a terrific place to stay! The area is a bit off the beaten track, but the property is just great. As you enter you will find it to be very clean and quiet. Check in was fast, very courteous and professional. My room was just as it appears in the pictures. The room was Extremely clean with all appointments in place. The kitchenette came with a full size fridge and plenty of cabinets. All the dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc were clean and gleaming! The bathroom was spotless and good size. The A/C was perfect and quickly heated or cooled the room fast. The windows opened and closed for fresh air and had adjustable safety locks so the windows could not be open from the outside whether they were opened or closed. Good sound proofing, I never heard people in the parking lot. In fact I was amazed when I went to grab dinner the parking lots was full! When arrived there was only a few cars. Oh plenty of Parking also! TV had a large variety of cable channels, much more than I am accustom to seeing in other motels or hotels. I never smelled any odors from other people cooking. The room smelled fresh when I arrived and entered Best thing, the seven days I was there, and I had a ground floor room, I NEVER saw any bugs of any types or ants in my room or in the parking lot!!! I say the guests were a mix of business solo travelers, vacationers and families. I give my stay here a 100% in every way! There are plenty of restaurants, fast foods etc a couple miles away. Love Field is about a 10 min drive. Finally the Internet is GREAT!~ It was fast, ez to get on etc! Hope this helps! This review is 100% honest!

  It was what it was

  I stayed at Studio 6 Northwest Dallas September 30-October 4, 2018. As I have stayed at other Motel 6 locations I figured it would be a no-frills hotel. Good 1.For a hotel near a major highway the room was surprisingly quiet. 2. The staff was professional and friendly. When I checked in they gave a slight discount on my bill because.... Bad 1. No TV. This was a rarity to me, and to be perfectly honest, I wouldn't have missed it except for... 2. NO free Wi-Fi. That tended to annoy me as I found there wasn't much coverage in the Dallas area, which I found surprising 3. NO nearby drug stores/supermarkets. There are a few convenience store nearby, but no CVS or Walgreens. No Krogers/HEB either so you'd have to eat at the IHOP or Waffle House nearby. The Ugly 1. Utensils. If your suite has a kitchenette you'd expect a LOT more than just butter knife (with the exception of ONE steak knife) 2. Bathroom fixtures. The showerhead was cracked, and the bathroom sink leaked with every use. I would say if you have a car this would be a nice place to say, but I have to give it a slight thumbs down this time around.
