  Best staff EVER!

  They were delightful at check-in, but that was only the beginning (more later)! The room was very nice and had a view of the sea. The weather was less than perfect (chilly, windy, light rain), but it didn't dampen our enjoyment of the hotel. The balcony was very nice and had chairs that we could sit on when it wasn't raining. After walking the beach, we had a great drink (cucumber vodka - who knew?) at the bistro attached to the hotel. The room, robes and slippers were all great. Now, as to the staff... upon checking out, I was chatting with the girls at the desk about how my husband and I were on our way to Kiel for doctor's appointment for my husband. They knew, from the previous day at check-in, that I was doing all the driving. The manager came around the desk to give me a hug and present me with an umbrella with the hotel's logo on it. She said, "you can even use it to protect you from the sun when you return to Florida." I mean, awwww..... So kind! THEN we arrived in Kiel (about 300 km away) only to discover that my husband had left his passport and a considerable amount of cash in the hotel safe! I called the hotel and they said, yes, they had it all in their safe. So, the next day, I drove back to Cuxhaven. The driving wasn't my favorite way to spend a day, but the girls at the desk were so nice, that it made the whole mess better! I wish I had thought to get everyone's names!   Businees trip in Cuxhaven

  Very good hotel. Bit hard to find when you arrive by car but on the Phone helped very good by hotel staff. Very nice rooms (at least mine) and room is quiet, well furnished. Hotel staff is excellent. When visting Cuxhaven again for business certainly a place worth to stay.

  nice hotel - tiny room

  Stayed two nights in this hotel and got a single room. Was clean and functional but too small. TV was placed on the desk, 90° angel from the bed. Difficult to watch TV from the bed in a normal position. Didn't find a plug for my charger - had to unplug a lamp. Also bed is very small. Hotel has nice appointments, located direct on beach walk. Internet is working very fast and easy to access. Breakfeast is very rich.

  Very nice and comfortable

  Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Nice spa. Hotel-rooms are spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Convenient charging-station including a Tesla-wallmount. The barkeeper especially was the right man in the right place.

  Great hotel on the sandy beach

  Hotel has excellent possibiliies and take care on small details (eg apple near the bed, towels for bath...) .Service is quite on high level. Rooms has two options - view on ocean on to parking. Take care! Parking view isn't attractive and people from near flats can look in your bathroom. Rooms /bed are small(er) but functional. If you are with the car - no problem, with your key for room you can access to the hotel parking (free of charge). Breakfast is excellent - pure German one.
