  Family Friendly and Close to the Beach

  This hotel is new and clean. Everything works, there's no wear and tear in the rooms and the furniture is well maintained and comfortable. They are very accommodating of kids and pets with lots of people leaving their strollers downstairs at the door rather than lugging them to and from their rooms constantly. It is located some ways from the hustle and bustle of downtown and the train station, but it is fantastically close to the beach and dunes and all the activities that can be found there! The staff are maybe stretched a little thin but are always helpful and friendly once they are able to get to you (and were very kind to address me in English!) Finally; I've read some unkind words about the hotel's attached restaurant and all I can say is that this is probably one of the best inclusive breakfasts I have enjoyed in my many travels. Nothing fancy, just good, clean food. Amazingly fresh bread rolls, a great selection of meats and cheeses; cereals, quark, yoghurt, fruit AND, the holy grail of the breakfast buffet, firm, not slimy, scrambled eggs and ungreasy, properly cooked bacon YUM! We went out every day full of energy having feasted on this fantastic spread!!!
