  Dirty hostel with dank dark and stuffy rooms

  We stayed in a 8 bed mixed dorm for 2 nights. Firstly there is absolutely no room for your luggage/backpack in the room. It's either have the main light on or be plunged into complete darkness, no personal lights or anything which is annoying when you have to check out at 11am and there's still people in bed so how do you pack without bothering people with the light? The communal shower I know is a Korean thing but I hated it, there is a plastic divider that covers what? Your bathroom products? The shower shoes were not wearable covered in black gunk! Facilities are dirty and under the bed has not been cleaned in I would say at least 3 years according to the dust. Bed so uncomfortable I had to sleep on my quilt for extra padding. We were told breakfast was 9-10 when on last day we found a sign that said 7-10...very misleading. Don't eat the breakfast sandwiches made for you here made out of jam, ham, cheese, ketchup, mayo and coleslaw. Another Korean thing I think but when all you want is just a bit of jam on toast (taking less resources!) but the hostel worker is trying to force one of these sandwiches on your plate that's the last straw. Moving to a new place for the remainder of my stay in Busan for somewhere less pushy and more comfortable.

  No good, wouldn't recommend

  Stayed here for two nights in July 2016. The price was right, but that's where it ended. The guy at reception (only one we seen the whole time we were there) spoke to us in english, but wasn't very helpful. We asked for some advice on how to get to a temple, and all of a sudden he told us he didn't speak English, even though he already had been. He wasn't very friendly at all, no people skills. We stayed in a private double room which was decent, but all of the rooms are on the complete opposite side of bathrooms and showers, just inconvenient, you had to walk through the entire hostel to get from one to the other. The bathroom sink in the women's washroom was disconnected, so you had to do your business, leave the washroom and walk to the other end of the hallway and into another room to wash your hands. It was also shared showers, which we've heard is a Korean thing, but showering with a stranger isn't really my cup of tea. It's also dark, everywhere, all the time. Front desk, common areas, bathrooms, hallways. The only plus I would give this place, is that Haeundae Beach is literally at the end of the street, less then a 5 minute walk!

  Best time !

  I had the best time of my trip there. Everything was great. The staff was the sweetest, helpful and kind, also very funny. Metro station & beach are not far and the price is really reasonable. Thank you so much for this experience and I'll come back for sure.

  Best Hostel in Busan

  It was our first time in Busan and we found the greatest spot, near Haeundae beach! We loved this hostel! The best we had in Busan. The owners were very kind and so welcoming. We recommand this hostel 100%. There are parties every week-end (friday to sunday) and the hostel is 5 minutes from the beach, which is perfect. If i go back to Busan, i would definitely go back there. We were near the restaurants also and a street market, that was nice! N and M

  The Best!

  First of all, thanks for everything! Everything was good. The right choice for solo travelers. I would like stay here again. Quite clean place. Everyone here is very nice, kind, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much!
