  Absolutely fantastic!

  We spent six days riding with the host Magnus. We could not have been happier! Everyday a new breathtaking scenery. Wonderful, beautiful, well trained horses. The rooms in the farm are clean and comfortable. Magnus sings, cooks and take perfectly good care of us.

  Peace of heaven

  Five days of fabulous riding, good food, pleasent people. Our host, Magnus, is kind and entertaining! A horseman that cooks, builds, sings, plays and write his own music and takes care of his guests in the best possible way! Wellridden horses, nice rooms and calm, pretty surroundings. Well worth time and money spent!

  Fantastic stay with an incredible view!

  Spent one night at this lovely little guesthouse and had a fantastic stay. Magnus is a wonderful host and gave us great tour of his farm. He has also recently opened a bar in his barn - we didn't go for drinks, but it looks like a great little spot! The hot tub next to the river was wonderful for a soak at the end of the day. We got a little lost trying to find it, but the neighbours were very helpful and we found a beautiful waterfall!

  A lovely farm Guesthouse with fantastic hosts!

  A proper Icelandic experience. We were met by Magnus family, including the dogs! We were swiftly directed to meet the rest of the gang, including baby goats, sheep and horses! We were shown around by Magnus two very intelligent and fluent in English daughters! Meanwhile.. the hot tub was being warmed up and we proceeded to drink beers in a natural pool with a view of a waterfall! In the evening, we were treated to a live performance from Magnus himself, who is a talented musician and runs his own bar on site! The highlight was us seeing the Northern Lights for the first time! We have been traveling around Iceland for 5 days prior and this was our first viewing! The property is perfectly located for the northern lights viewings, due to minimal light and its remoneteness! Overall a highlight of our trip and we were blown away by the hospitality and left with warm memories of this beautiful family!

  peaceful and beautiful farmstay

  Spend one night here, we arrived later than anticipated due to poor weather but Magnus was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was fairly small but the mattress very actually very comfortable which is what really matters, the shared bathroom was kept very clean and we did not have issues with other guests. We visited the stable in the morning and Magnus was very kind in giving us a tour and bringing in more of his horses and telling us a bit more about the surrounding area.
