  Wedding in paradise

  Married here in December 2020. Suzanne was extremely helpful in putting everything together for us and offered some great suggestions for photographers, cake makers, vicar etc. On the day Sue was a great help and nothing was too much trouble - even ensuring the groom was occupied so I could venture outside. The chapel is the prettiest church I have ever seen and online photographs of the estate and chapel do not do it justice. Our wedding cake was delicious, the flowers were exactly as my brief and hair and make-up was exceptional - I truly felt like a princess, just as a bride should. We stayed overnight and had the "trust the chef" degustation meal at the reception. OMG the food was more than amazing and Shruti (Mrs Deeds, sneaky sneaky lol) was very friendly and attentive. It is clear that all the staff enjoy working here and that they truly want you to have the best time possible. The Arrow suite is stunning and the bed was so comfortable. There were also nice touches such as the complimentary in room bar and chocolate . Both myself, my partner and our guests could not speak highly enough of this amazing place. Thank you all so much for making my day perfect.

  Great views and beautiful venue

  We stayed at the Cardrona suite which had a marvellous view of the vineyard and lake Hayes. The room was very spacious clean and comfortable. The venue was beautiful and we enjoyed exploring and learning about the history of the place. The buildings and surrounding areas had a combination of old gothic church and country design flair. We had a pleasant walk through the lovely gardens and vineyards. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub where we could gaze at the view overlooking lake Hayes at sunset. The breakfast was delicious with a range of options and being able to ask the Chef for your preferences. We also had the Trust the Chef dinner which was truly delectable.

  Vine tasting

  We had wine tasting in Stoneridge Cellar and it was a nice 2 hour experience. Property is amazing, stuff is friendly and gave us the background on wines, owners and artists. We had lovely cheese platter with salmon and went well with the wine w tasted. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. I will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone to try their wine selection. Personally I enjoyed the story about the owner who is amazing, strong women.

  Fantastic Honeymoon Destination

  My husband and I stayed at the Cottage for three nights and the Arrow Suite for two. It was absolute paradise to wake up to a beautiful lake and mountains. It was so peaceful. We got an incredible 5-course meal to celebrate our wedding, and everything we had was amazing. The home-cooked breakfasts were also fantastic, as was Lucas (the person cooking). Everyone was so friendly, and they offered great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I can't say enough good things about the Cottage.. truly. It was absolutely beautiful. If you enjoy tranquility and the rustic yet finer things, this is the place for you. I want to come back every year!

  Amazing stay

  Wayne and the team, offered an amazing stay for my wife and I. We had only just got married the weekend before and they made our stay so memorable. They went to amazing efforts, and always made sure we had everything we needed and more. I was very thankful and I couldnt recommend staying here enough. We will definitely be back, and that will always be a special place for us to stay in the future, Couldnt thank them enough. Kind regards, Nathan & Kate Preece
