  Pleasant 3 nights

  We spent 3 nights here. Front desk gentleman in the evenings was very pleasant and helpful. The young lady there when we checked in on Friday was a bit scatterbrained but mostly got things figured out. Room 202 was nice and I loved my pillow! Wish I could purchase one. The shower in this room, however, was quite small. Would stay here again.

  There when I needed a room

  Clean and comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff. Continental breakfast was all I needed. Was in town due to a medical issue and the Stone Willow was recommended by a local person. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The on site restaurant was great.

  Very nice place to stay

  Stone Willow Inn was very attractive and comfortable. Our room had a balcony, which was a nice plus. Staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. Breakfast was not included but there were muffins and juice available in the morning, plus coffee in the room. There was also a nice restaurant on the premises, which was convenient. Our only complaint was that on our second night a loud party was going on in the next room for awhile, but they quieted down by around 10:00 pm so it wasn't too bad.

  Road trip sullied

  Cross country road trip with my friends and decided to stay here. I was against it but my friends said we should stay there because of a wedding they went to. Place was way overpriced for the motel quality. Front desk staff was very rude, especially the manager, and the room was dirty. During the shift changes you could hear the staff talking about how much they hate it there. What a disaster of a business.

  Basic and Over Priced

  We stayed at The Stone Willow Inn for two nights this past weekend. The room was basic. It had a decent bed which was comfortable and by far the best part of the hotel. We booked through the hotel itself as we were part of a wedding group and were told there was a special rate for the wedding guests. It was $40 more per night... room was dull, poor lighting, stained carpets and sparse decoration wise. We had to ask to borrow a hair dryer then when we tried to return it the staff at the front desk asked where the one that was supposed to be in our room went...we never saw it? Bathroom floor was clean however the shower was dated and due to poor ventilation the walls were water stained. As we were travelling with many people, we were also told we would be in one block of the hotel however the wedding guests were spread out all over the place, some not even having rooms which were paid for and booked in advance. Staff were unapproachable and sometimes rude. Accessible parking was under a walnut tree and walnuts were falling on the cars and covered the ground making it difficult to walk from the car to the hotel. The only highlight of this stay was the amazing event we attended off the hotel site.
