Best value in Stockholm that I have found

The "windowless" room I stayed in is a handicap room and actually has a skylight, so it's not like you are without any light from the outside. Some nights, the room can be had for 445 SEK per night for one person, and 495 for two...that is what I paid. It really is an incredible value if that's what you're looking for. The rooms are as pictured, I really doubted whether they would be, given the low price. The room is a bit small, but it has what I need, including a table for my laptop. I slept well, the owner and the staff are helpful and I don't really know what else you would want in the summer when you should be OUTSIDE in Stockholm anyway. I'm from Stockholm (grew up in Älvsjö), but now live in the US. I just discovered this hotel on this trip and am staying four nights, one of them with my 17-year old daughter in the top bunk. I will be staying here many more times.

The terrible experience i have ever passed

i went there with my husband to check in and the receptionist there kicked us out at 12:30 am , he was extremely rude and very tough in the communication, started with his tone when asked to open the main entrance as we arrived 12:30 due to the trip time, when he came in he told us with very aggressive way that the breakfast is not included so i replied him i think its maybe included as i saw through booking.com site then he took it very hard and considered as there is no trust and we should trust his words so in nice way i told him its not matter of trust just checking , after that he started to raise his voice and mentioned that he should take extra late charge as we came after 11:00 pm and shouting in front of my face when I tried to clarify that our booking originally after 9:00 pm and yes you are right usually check in till 23:00 but this is our case and trip , he kept shouting and threat us to through us out so we asked him to talk in nicer way and not acceptable to say will through u out then he opened the door and kicked us out!! You can imagine how it was difficult to find a free room in another hotel after midnight time and really we have passed very hard time to find a place to check in. really it was very bad situation and experience with such personality we have passed ever since we are doing massive trips every year.

    Worth it

I really liked the location of this place, near supermarket and restaurants. The bedroom was better than expected. Very comfy bed, big TV and even a little fridge. Didn't expect though that it would be integrated with apartments since its in the same building. Things I didn't like was the guy working at the desk, not so friendly or service minded. And my side of the bedsheet had tiny dried blood spot which didn't feel so fresh.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at AND for $400/night

I booked this hotel through Norwegian Airlines when I booked a flight from Oslo to Stockholm. Apparently, however, Norwegian partners with hotels.com. Like most online hotel sites I was shown a price per night which was $276. Stockholm was fully booked and I figured I would have to pay more to get a place that was not in the suburbs. When we got to the hotel and saw the room, I was horrified. It was so tiny we could not move. The walls and furniture all showed signs of damage. The bathroom had no soap, just a dispenser on the wall. It was at best a 1-star hotel. We had no option at that point but to stay the night and I had to pay the full amount for 3 days on check in. I tried calling Norwegian, got someone who gave me a number for hotels.com. They said they would call and try to get my money back the next day, but made no promises. Plus it turned out when I read the fine print in the confirmation that I wasn't paying $276/night. That was an average. The first night I was paying over $400. The next night was half and the third night was half again. What a scam. I gave up on getting any satisfaction from Norwegian or hotels.com. The next day I went to the manager. After much back and forth he moved us to a much larger room for the two nights. It seemed to be some rooms in an apartment. No one came to clean or make up our room between the first and second night. At that point I didn't care. Finding out that I paid over $900 for those three nights is upsetting. This was an experience I've never had before and hope to never have again with online booking. I would not recommend hotels.com or Norwegian. Also the internet did not work at the hotel. I am very glad we did not opt for the breakfast.

    Expensive a very poor service

I was on a business trip, my normal hotels fully booked so my company booked me in here. £390 for 1 night bed & breakfast, when I went to breakfast (which was a poor show in itself) I was asked to produce room key to verify, no problem. Whilst eating the lady said I ahdn't paid for breakfast. We booked via booking.com Bed & Breakfast, I had to provide the evidence of the booking they had taken to get her away from trying to make me pay 95SEK for a slice of meat and a cup of tea. Room was clean but very small, I shall not be returning
