    Loved this place!

We stayed in building G and it was great! The kitchen was amazing, a crock pot, mixer, bread pan, cookie sheets blender everything you need to really cook nice meals. The pizza place on grounds is great. Every employee was helpful, had a smile and seem like they enjoy their job and want to help you have a great time. Dan was our free shuttle driver to SDC and he was so great! My husband noticed a piece of siding loose and was going to mention it to them and they had it fixed even before he could tell them. We opted to listen to their offer and Josh who was the presenter did a great job and very pleasant! If it wasnt for stupid covid I wouldve signed on the dotted line. We will definitely be staying here again. They will have a top notch indoor water park open next year that is going to be amazing. I am already filling my money jar for our next trip. I have been to Branson many times, stayed many places, this is Barr none my favorite place weve stayed. Thanks Dustin, Dan, Josh and Heather(?) for making our stay beyond amazing! Look forward to seeing you again soon!

I'd pass on staying here unless you can see unit in advance to select a different one.

Resort was dumpy overall with poor maintenance of the grounds. All always were covered in leaves and debris. The unit we had was a basement unit with dropped ceiling of tiles in living space and bathroom. Heard all the water drawing from upstairs unit. Also had ZERO privacy since occupants of unit next door had to walk by your bathroom and entrance door/windows. Unit felt stuffy but you couldn't open window since the only one that opened was in the bathroom. 3 AC units outside bathroom window were ugly and noisy. Dining are was cramped and hard to use how it was played out. Main TV in a weird location in corner next to bedroom door. Nearly everything was closed for the season. The only Spa was the farthest away from the room and had limited hours open. Clearlytold no dogs allowed yet the people in the unit next door had 2 standard schnauzers. They were barking in the unit when owners were away. We had paid for 7 days and left in 2. Our home is more comfortable.

Favorite place to stay in Branson

Have stayed with my family of 7 several times. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We have plenty of room for our larger family. We cook most of our own meals and the kitchen has most of what we need. Pools are fun, they have activities during some holidays that are great for younger children and the shuttle to silver dollar city is super helpful. We dont use lake amenities but enjoy staying close to the water. Staff is friendly.

Not worth staying in this over priced resort! Outdated!

I am new in Branson and I picked this resort last summer for Father's Day and its a terrible mistake booking this over priced outdated resort! Stay away people from this resort! they will robbed you! Karen is so pissed when our fridge leaks and it goes to her first floor unit. Outdated kitchen and all kitchen appliances. One glass only that will fit into the sink. Horrible!

3 and a half stars for a winter stay

We were super excited about our stay. Even in the winter, they had activities so I didn't think we would miss all the summer water fun. Upon arrival, the front desk was nice. Very informative. Getting to our room was easy enough. We couldn't get the door open. I was afraid we'd end up breaking it down so we called the front desk and they came right away. Unfortunately it wasn't "fixed" and everytime we had to open it you had to pull up and push against the door using your body as leverage. Not a deal breaker though, there was usually someone inside whenever I would leave so I didn't need to use my key, I just rang our doorbell and my kids would open from the inside. The space was beautifully decorated. The beds were soft. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. 1 king , 2 full beds and a pull out bed. Plus a couch if you preferred. The view out to the lake was gorgeous! Nice view of the sunset. My favorite part was the Jacuzzi tub. It was very clean and no issues. I actually dont mind not having maid service everyday but most condos are like that, especially in the Corona era of traveling. I was a little nervous about staying in condos but we went for it. Like another reviewer said, if you would've been able to choose your room, maybe it would be different. We were on the 2nd floor with a floor above us. Big tip! DO NOT stay anywhere but the top floor! The first night was ridiculously loud. I felt bad for having to call the emergency resort line at midnight because they were so loud above us. Their kids were up at midnight, literally yelling and making Indian noises. Jumping off the beds, slamming the balcony door. I could hear their conversations when our room got quiet. I think they were doing laundry to leave the next day, Or I hoped so. Turns out, I was right and we had one silent night. The third day however, a new family came in and while they were more considerate about putting their kids to bed early, it was still loud. We finally broke down and just used ear plugs. We didn't use much of the kitchen because we are foodies and like to try local spots. However there was a place to get groceries up the road if you needed it. It was the off season, I understand that, so the market on the resort property was pretty limited. One jug of milk, one cereal box, etc. The food trucks were all closed for the season so that was a bummer. The coffee shop/pizza place on site was great. Pizza was delicious and coffee was great. We drink coffee throughout the day but the little shop wasn't open all day. Maybe just in the morning? It was freezing(it even snowed a couple of times) so we didn't get to do any of the outdoor activities. Mini golf looked ok but we didn't get a chance to do it. The Winter Wonderland festivities were lackluster. Although the website made it look amazing. The rain/snow closed down the bounce houses(my kids were too old anyway) but they still had activities for the kids to do. The problem was that there wasn't a conference room (or even the game room, could've worked). It was in another hotel room. Kinda awkward for the kids to meet some guys to make snowflakes. The guys were super nice though and my daughter made a cute snow-globe too for ten bucks. Just for appearances sake, maybe find another room when weather is poor. Speaking of the game room, again, the website was a little deceiving. Games were all old and frankly, dirty. The balls for ski ball and the basketball game left a gross feeling on your hands. But they're kids so maybe it doesn't bother them. My kids are 13, 12 and 10 so I thought they'd love this area but really only stayed about 10 min. Overall this place was just ok. We got a good deal being winter and it was close to SDC. It was about a 20 minute drive "into town" for all the shows and food areas. Some may not like that, we are a rural family so 20 minutes was nothing for us. I did really like the room furnishings and maybe this would be better in summer but not great for Winter getaways.
