  ok, it's not a hotel but for solo business trip and a bit longer stay makes sense. It's in the Richmond area, near Shanti Nagar. Haing meeting in a 45 min. drive area from there it has been a good option. It's a basic room, with bath (show), good satellite TV set (although not Always working because of bad weather), few amenities to eat. Very quiet area, actually no place to dine within walking distance but with a cab you can move to good areas in appr. 15-20 minutes. Considering average traffic it's close by: distance are not huge in themselves, it's just the traffic. Nice people, good service. Breakfast is there (fruit, juice, eggs etc). Excellent wifi. Price is very reasonable but it is not a bad option at all : be clear about purpose of your visit and what do to and where in Bengalûru to optimize your choice and avoid getting disappointed.

  Pathetic customer care

  The place is just okay, not good. Poor service quality unresponsive / unhelpful staff . Low quality stuff used in kitchen and washroom accessories . Not recommended for stay until there are no available options

  PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

  Nor the staff or management care about responding to the customer. Stayed here for 1 night but never coming back and would not advise others to go here .. Which hotel would provide a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids of 6 and 3 years) 3 single beds for the night. If they don't have a double bed available this should be informed. The rooms are so crammed up that after the 3 single beds are joined together you need to move around sideways in the room. The kitchen and hall are shared with the other room occupants in this 3bhk apartment, so no privacy there. 4300/- sown thing per night for this pigeon hole is complete rip off. The management need to be sent 3 reminder emails after a complaint and still no response. Don't think I will be getting any response now. Very unprofessional lot

  Good hotel

  Good hotel but the staffs are very rude value for money.... Complimentary breakfast is good.overall stay is pleasant but the staffs made our day bad.Nice location in the heartof the city....4 rating for good hotel stay...but bad an rude staff...

  Good Location Very Poor Management

  It's a residence building. Sterling suite has only 3 flats with 3 bhk rooms. Location is very good. Housekeeping staff is managing everything. Staff's are very polite, kind and helpful. Roland so called reservation manager is good for nothing never replies to the mails nor helpful when called. Looks like they are money minded. No customer service at all! Pathetic!!
