  Best birthday ever had!

  Beautiful accommodations! Period!!! Check in very easy and staff was great. Ocean view condo, wife didn't want to leave. Highly suggest a visit, you will not regret it. Going back for xmas. 5 star all the way.

  Sterling Sands unit#603

  This unit is very dated and dirty. It needed carpet replaced years ago its filthy. I put towels down because I did not want to walk on it The noise from the road is unbearable in the bedrooms, the faucets dont work properly There is dust and dirt all over the walls and baseboards. The toilets dont work well and the furniture is awful The only thing it has is a nice view. I have been coming to the gulf for over 30 years and this condo is the worst Avoid this place

  condos are fine ...beach service is unfair and horrible!

  stayed here twice now and the beach service is the most outrageous thing ive ever experienced. we could not sit in front with a small umbrella so we could barely see the water. they had 4 rows..same ppl in front row every day and many empty chairs in front that could not be rented. even those with beach service included were in the 4th row and you couldnt even see the water! not my idea of a beach trip. and the front row ppl would put extra chairs out to block the small view we did have...and then nobody even sat in those chairs all day .ive never been so aggravated on a vacation. this was close to what we experienced last year also. ill never stay here again!

  Disgusting and outdated

  First thing we noticed was all the paint peeling off the walls. Housekeeping looked like they haven't been in months. Dirty Q tips were left on dresser, random loose pills were on top of microwave and counters. Had to buy candles cause unit smelled of mildew. Half of the plugs dont work, one burner on stove works. Towels and washcloths have brown stains on the. Carpet feels grungy and stained. Furniture feels and looks dirty. Balcony has great view but floor is stained and could use scrubbing. For a beach view condo they dont take much pride in this unit. Would never come back to this place again. This is the first review I have ever left if that tells you how bad this was

  A great condo

  First, there is no easier check in process in all of Destin. Stayed in condo #413, the room was spectacular. Immaculate and decorated perfectly. Rooms are big, and comfy. The view is amazing. The beach access is great and the facilities like the pool hot tub and fitness center are great. Highly recommend.
