  good hotel for a transit

  I landed there because my flight was cancelled. Rooms are very good wifi: great staff: professional fitness ans spa: excellent the launch and dinner was just medium, not a lot of choice and almost the samething Nothing in the area except if you are looking for shopping, some malls are just a block away from the hotel

  Good hotel near the airport

  The hotel is located just a few minutes from Ataturk airport. I stayed there for a few hours on a long layover in Istanbul. The room is spacious and has the necessary amenities to properly accommodate guests. Due to its location, it could take you a long time to get to the touristy sites but other than that, everything is fine. The staff are very helpful.

  Good hotel

  Good hotel , very far from center , good rooms , average food , no kids club , we choose it to be near hospital only as its medical trip , no transportation around it , I dont recommend it for leisure trips at all .

  17Th Istanbul Gastro Festival

  The hotel is very nice. The rooms are neat, spacious and very clean. The hotel staff are very friendly. All praise to Executive Chef. Food and desserts great. Turkish coffee is the best. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for the lovely hospitality.

  Good quality hotel on an absurd place

  The hotel is relatively close to the exhibition centre (approximately 4 EUR by taxi). This price is assuming that the taxi driver is not cheating. Around the hotel there are warehouses and factories. It is very absurd to have a five star comfort in such area. Hotel before was part of Steinberger chain and the room size and quality is coming from that times. It is very obvious that they are not managing to maintain the former chain quality level although they are trying. People working there are very friendly and helpful. The chamber service is disaster. I looked under the bed for my shoes and there is a field of garbage. Every morning the cleaning lady was entering my room without knocking. One morning I was naked just after a shower when she came in. Happily I was between the open wardrobe doors. Otherwise I could be arrested for misbehaving in Islamic country. Reception desk are very friendly and efficient. Everything there works fine. Breakfast is OK, but not spectacular. I did not try additional services. Mini bar is empty due to law restrictions for alcohol in hotels. Water is free of charge. Internet is fast and reliable. With Atatürk airport not functioning I dont see any reason for this hotel to survive. There are many other hotels closer to the expo centre and in this environment/location you do not have anything to do outside the hotel.
