buena actitud!
Este hotelito cuenta con empleados con buena actitud y amables lo malo es que el cuarto que nos tocó el de más arriba estaba muy mal decorado, muy antiguo sin renovaciones, polvoso, con las alfombras sucias, las camas eran cómodas pero el baño muy pequeño y feo. Con estacionamiento a una cuadra de cobro y un desayuno algo limitado. No muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas.

Sencillo pero bien situado
Hotel sencillo con una situación excelente: a 5 minutos andando de la estación central de tren pero en un entorno muy tranquilo, fuera del barrio turco. El ayuntamiento se alcanza en un cómodo paseo de unos 15 minutos. El establecimiento carece de grandes lujos: la habitación era básica pero amplia, limpia y con baño renovado. Excelente señal wi-fi en la habitación. Desayuno buffet básico pero mas que suficiente para empezar el día. Lo peor es que no hay ascensor para subir a las habitaciones, por lo que si se tienen problemas de movilidad o equipaje pesado conviene tenerlo en cuenta.

Bueno
Nos quedamos en la habitación para 4 0ersonas en el tercer nivel. La habitación cómoda y las camas y ropa de cama muy buenas, dormimos muy bien. Hacia mucho calor así que tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y había un poco de ruido afuera... El baño cómodo, limpio pero no impecable. El joven en recepción super amable y colaborador. Desayuno Buffet sencillo. Pan, jamón, queso, huevo duro, cereal y jaleas. El café si está espantoso... Muy bien situado muy cerca de la estación central del metro.

Convenient location, but thats all.
Located close to the main station, the property is very convenient for travelers. Personnel is very friendly and at the entrance desk 24/7. I was given a double room (booked a single room) which is spacious enough and quite comfortable. For a room this size, the television is redicoulously small. And when I turned the heating on to come into a comfortably warm room at the end of the day, I noticed one day the the cleaning lady had turned the heating off again. Thats all just minor problems, however. What really sucks is the bathroom. First of all, the bathroom is spacious for this type of hotel. But it is wasting so much space, that Ive stayed in rooms with bathrooms nearly half the size of this one and still more comfort and convenience. The complaints one by one: - The wash table is stupidly small, with a shelf over it and a mirror. The setup is such, that it is impossible to wash your face or shave without flooding the floor. You simply can not get your head over the sink without biting in the utility shelf. - The shower is small. Too small, as there definitely is room enough in the bathroom to install a much larger shower. - The hot water is hot, but little. - The shower needs a thorough cleaning, as it is dirty and moldy - The washing gel, in a bottle by the sink, probably wasnt good anymore, as it stank - After the tissue box on the wall had been refilled, it suddenly came off. Apparently, the cleaning lady had not hooked it on the the screws in the wall properly.

Value low, good location, but thats it
Hamburg is expensive, but at 125 I would have expected more at least that has been my experience at 50+ hotels in Germany and Austria. While this is a good location close by the train station in a good neighbor hood and surprisingly quit that when the good stops. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced in Germany in any place that claims to have breakfast. It was not just limited selection but of the poorest quality. There is no elevator not that much of a problem for me although I was on the top floor but if someone has sizable luggage good luck on the narrow staircase. The room was clean as much as someone could clean it. However in such disrepair. Wall plaster coming off for instance but the worst was the carpet which was extensively dark stained and I mean extensively. I decided to not take my shoes off it was that bad. This would have been a sad 50 hotel in Frankfurt or even Munich. These things are all so cheaply fixed its not like there was a structural issue with the place. Cute building in a nice neighborhood. I would either spend 50 more for a better place or stay in 50 cheaper place and live with these sort of things but feel good about saving money.
